didnt read or approved my request to change room due to aircon is too loud and noisy. and not so friendly.

A cockroach came out of the chairman's office, caught it, and blocked the drain.
The mattress is the best and the staff is friendly. The room was quiet and very nice. I think I could just block the drain and sleep.

We really enjoy staying to this hotel, however the staff's are totally different from staff in Hotel Ava-Cuneta. To be honest, they are not too much welcoming and also they didn't give us any welcome drinks compared to Cuneta branch. Though the room is good but not too much clean. In addition, their Dinning light is not working, the staff tried to fix it but still didn't work.

The shower doesnt have a heater.
But the faucet has a heater. It seems the heater is broken. We need compensation for this
