However, upon my arrival, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and no room was available. The VIP room I originally reserved was not provided, and I was downgraded without any refund or compensation. Additionally, the room they assigned to me was not properly cleaned. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing.”

All infairness we had a great time during our stay here,mababait yung staff ,kayalang pag may need ka need to follow up ulit kse sa dami sguro ng bookings nila nakakalimutan nila pero all in all ok.. pinayagn kmi mag early check in kaylng ung cr nung room na pinagmit while waiting for our vip room is brado yung cr,plus 30min kmi ng hintay at twice ako bumaba bago kmi nalipat s booked room nmin.. but thank you so much,we can recommend the VIP room but not the other rooms..thank u! ang ganda ng location nito kse malapit mrt ,chinatown at divi ..basta very nice po hehe

I like the hotel like it’s very cheap yet it has a good and amazing service. They are very kind. Mas goods pa to sa cleanliness compare sa hotell99 sa may quaipo. Pero sana echange na lang yung color ng ilaw hihi

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall the experience was mixed. The location is definitely a strong point—it's convenient and easy to access nearby places. However, the cleanliness really needs improvement. The room and common areas didn’t feel well-maintained, which affected my comfort during the stay.
The service was average; staff were okay but not particularly attentive or warm. As for the amenities, they were quite disappointing and didn’t match what was advertised or expected.
With better cleanliness and improved amenities, this place could be much better, especially given its great location. For now, it feels like there’s a lot of room for improvement.

i waited for almost an hour just to be checked in, even though I had already presented my booking confirmation number from Trip.com. The staff should have accommodated me right away instead of making me wait that long, especially since I’m a regular guest and my details should already be reflected in their system. Unfortunately, the service here feels outdated and far below modern hospitality standards.

There's no power socket or outlet in the room. There's no way to charge your phones or electronics during the stay. Outlet on the TV also does not work as its way to loose. Staffs outside is also noisy and could be heard while inside the room.
On the bathroom, there is no hook for clothes or towels to hang with. It's also not super clean, just a 7/10 for me.
The room reeks the smell of smoke. Overall, it's nice for a short stay and is okay for the price.
