"THIS IS MY 3RD TIME STAYING HERE, THIS TIME I FELT MUCH COMFORTABLE DUE HOTEL SUPPORTS A LOT ABOUT MY CHANGING CHECK IN DATE DUE TO ON ARRIVAL FLGIHT WAS DELAY AND I AM NOT ABLE TO CHECK IN ON THE DAY OF MY BOOKING. SO I INFORMED HOTEL AND THEY HELP TO CHANGE MY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT SCHEDULE . VERY SMOOTH DURING CHECK AND EVERYTHING GOES WELL THIS TIME EVEN THERE IS COMMUNICATION PROBLEM BUT TRY TO SOLVE IT IN INTERNATIONAL WAY. SPECIAL THANKS TO THE YOUNG BOY WHO HELP ME TO EXPLAIN IN ENGLISH IN VERY WELL DURING COMMUNICATION WITH STAFFS. I WISH HE WILL BE THE NEW GENERATION OF THE HOTEL OWNER ( AS HE'S ONE OF THE OWNER SONS HERE ) . THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE HERE . SOON I WILL BE BACK AGAIN ."

"Given that it's a town known for selling crystals, finding a relatively clean hotel here, with a fair price, is actually quite decent. You can tell the owner genuinely wants to do a good job, but the facilities are still quite lacking. 1. The bathroom floor drain was clogged and didn't drain properly, leading to standing water everywhere after a shower. 2. Room amenities were basic; they didn't even provide cotton swabs/Q-tips, though they did offer disposable towels and toilet seat covers. 3. The smart home features were a nice touch. 4. Service was merely adequate. Honestly, in Guangdong, you generally don't encounter stellar service, and for a business hotel at this price point, it's unrealistic to expect much more. My expectations were low: just having someone at the front desk for check-in and staff to tidy up the breakfast area was sufficient. 5. A security deposit? I'm genuinely speechless. There's nothing in the room to consume or damage, so I truly don't understand the need for a deposit. It's been ages since I stayed at a hotel that required one! And breakfast – issuing breakfast vouchers? What century are we in? Having to carry a physical voucher to eat breakfast; they really need to modernize! It should be straightforward to confirm breakfast inclusion by just providing the room number."
