A must-stay hotel for business trips to Haifeng. I've stayed at Wyndham and the newly opened Courtyard, but I feel that they just rely on the brand. Whether it's service, especially the decoration level and quality experience, they can't compare with VIP hotels at all. This time I stayed there and they even upgraded my room type. I've been to so many cities on business trips, and this hotel is really a very good hotel. Recommended!

The hotel has robots, making ordering takeout very convenient. It's a great place for eating, drinking, and entertainment; there's a Jinbaiwei restaurant nearby with delicious local snacks. The only downside is the lack of a gym; it would be even better if it did! The service was excellent, and the front desk provided very detailed restaurant recommendations!

The boss is friendly, the place is clean and tidy, and the first floor is warmly decorated. There is free parking downstairs. But the room is small, the TV is connected to wireless wifi, the speed is slow, and the TV video can hardly load. Drying clothes is also a problem. The shower room has a slow drain, and the water overflows to the bedside

The tea snacks in the hotel restaurant on the first floor are delicious, the hotel service and sanitary facilities are great, and I will definitely stay here again next time

There are many food shops and buses or cabs outside this Elegance Hotel, very convenient and easy to grab things and good transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to friends. My stay at the Grand Cloud Hotel Shenzhen Shanwei Bay left a fantastic impression on me! Even though the hotel isn't in the very center of Shanwei, its location is excellent, situated in a developing area right next to a fishing village. The environment is quiet and refreshing. The room was spacious and bright; the deluxe sea-view room I stayed in received plenty of sunlight during the day, and the balcony directly overlooked the fishing village and the sea, offering a natural yet diverse view. The fishing village has retained its original charm, and it's quite enjoyable to take a stroll there and experience local fishing life. The hotel service was exceptional. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very attentive, and I especially want to thank Shuangshuang for her meticulous service. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options. The steamed dim sum, in particular, was authentic and delicious, with dishes like phoenix claws, tripe, shrimp dumplings, and siu mai – very satisfying. Dining and entertainment options nearby are also convenient, and in the evenings, you can take a walk through the bustling and lively streets nearby. Overall, this hotel offers a beautiful environment, comfortable rooms, attentive service, and excellent value for money. The next time I visit Shenzhen Shanwei Bay, I will definitely choose to stay here again!
