"When I booked the room online, I requested a high floor and not a room on the side. However, when I arrived at the hotel reception, they said there were no high floors available. I could accept the middle floors, but I booked two rooms and asked the reception to give me two rooms together that were close to each other. The reception said there were no more rooms available, only rooms at the beginning and end of the same floor. But when I got to the room, I saw that several rooms had already been vacated. The reception refused to give me a proper stay, which left me with a very bad experience."

The hot springs have a lot of variety and are quiet, so I like them. However, the water is dirty where the kids play, so it needs to be improved. The hotel restaurant has fixed hours, and it's not convenient to eat anything except that time, but there is a new city within 30 minutes by car, so you can go out for dinner. If only a few things were improved, I would like to go again even if it's far."
