"The room matched the pictures perfectly! We booked a room for 4 people, and it was excellent value for money. Breakfast was a set menu, but you could get refills if needed. The accommodation is very close to the village entrance, which is a great location. If you have luggage, inform the hotel in advance, and staff will help carry it during both check-in and check-out. Even though it was a smoking room, there was no smell of smoke at all. For those who don't like disposable towels, this place is perfect as they provide proper towels. The staff were incredibly helpful in every way. We were very impressed and highly recommend it! Whatever we needed, the hotel was able to assist, making our trip much more convenient. There's even a ski area for beginners right next to the hotel."

"I highly recommend the twin room at the Xueshen Forest Hotel! The room facilities are new, and the layout is well-designed. The huge TV offers an excellent viewing experience, and there's a separate work area, making it very convenient for business travelers. The bedding is clean and tidy, and the natural light and ventilation are top-notch. It offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Plus, it included complimentary hot spring tickets and tickets to the Fairy Tale Forest, which was a super deal!"

"Location is very near to the shuttle bus drop off point (aka the clubbing spot). Owner offered to pick us up when we reached and left. They have a restaurant and we can buy dinner package from *******. The pork noodles was very savoury, highly recommend! A big plus point - able to watch fireworks from their entrance. The room is decent for a night stay, toiletries are provided. Foreigners need to purchase xuexiang tickets at the counters itself. Queue manage can be greatly improve at the xuexiang entrance lobby. Won’t recommend to bring your luggage to xuexiang as it’s packed with people at the entrance & need to carry up and down the shuttle bus, unable to access by other mode of transport. Owner is able to arrange for transport from yabuli west station to xuexiang."

"(This is absolutely, 100% genuine and I'm so touched!!!) My boyfriend and I traveled together, and we only booked this hotel in Xuexiang the night before, but it turned out to be the luckiest decision I made on this trip! Shortly after booking, they assigned us an incredibly enthusiastic butler! From travel itinerary planning to basic hotel services, he was almost always online 24/7. He explained all the activities available in the scenic area, customized our route based on our preferences, helped us book all our tickets, and even arranged our return transportation to Harbin, considering the heavy snow might block roads. Ahhh, seriously, if we had any questions or didn't know where to go, we could ask him and he'd reply instantly! So cool! When we got back to the hotel at 11 PM, the hotel restaurant was closed, and there was no delivery service in Xuexiang. But our butler first prepared frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and other fruits for us, and then went out into the snow, checking multiple stores to get us dinner 🥹 (He truly anticipated all our needs and proactively recommended more cost-effective options – he's seriously so genuine 🥹) The hotel restaurant service was also excellent; the dishes were incredibly fresh and delicious! Today was so much fun! We saw thick snow, snow mushrooms, visited **Qiang's house, watched Northeast Errenzhuan (a local folk art), rode snow tubes on Bangchui Mountain, participated in a 'down jacket disco,' and embraced under the fireworks! So, I believe that the key to every trip is the encounters you make. We were so fortunate to encounter a hotel that provided such immense emotional value. This was a truly wonderful experience and a very romantic trip. In the vast, icy, and wild Northeast, gentle fairy tales can be told…💕"

"Perfect for families with kids, perfect for families with kids, perfect for families with kids! **Facilities:** Forget about the traditional 'kang' beds you might associate with Snow Village; this is a purely modern hotel with very new facilities. **Hygiene:** The hygiene is excellent, making it a top choice for families with children. **Environment:** It's right next to Xueyun Street, super convenient. The view from the window is fantastic; you can see the mountain scenery, the boardwalk, and Xueyun Street. **Service:** The service is incredibly warm and welcoming. There's a dedicated butler providing one-on-one service. Just ask them anything you can think of; there's nothing they can't handle. When we checked out, my daughter wanted to ride the big sled. Our butler, Dayo, didn't hesitate and pulled the largest sled to take us to the shuttle bus. Their enthusiasm was so great it almost made us a little embarrassed!"
