"房間硬件條件還不錯，配套的洗漱用品選品也很精緻。不過感覺是一個公司附屬運營的酒店，碰到過公司似乎在一樓餐廳開會，管理在細節上還差很多： 1. 我的房間衞生間沒放衞生紙，通知服務員後上門來説不可能啊，把衞生紙遞給我就走了。好的服務是不管啥原因，先道歉，再進門把紙卷安裝好，而不是遞給客户了事。 2.電動關窗簾的按鈕壞了。 3.衞生間不小，但不知為何把大浴巾放在卧室？開始沒注意，洗完澡還得裸身濕腳去卧室拿浴巾，挺尷尬。 4. 可能住客不多吧，早餐看着品種似乎很多，但是有點華而不實，每個品種數量很少，品質也很一般，體驗配不上這個硬件條件。"
