The service was exemplary; the service manager communicated with me in advance about my needs, proactively upgraded my room upon check-in, assisted with luggage, and provided recommendations for nearby attractions online throughout. They responded instantly to any questions and even thoughtfully offered a welcome fruit platter. The facilities were comprehensive and practical; the smart devices in the room were easy to use, the mattress was soft and comfortable, the high-speed Wi-Fi was smooth, and the soundproofing was superb, so I didn't have to worry about disturbing friends during our get-together. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety of options, including local specialties, fresh fruits and vegetables, hot drinks, and desserts. The ingredients were fresh, tasted great, and the portions were generous and filling. Overall, it was excellent value for money—five stars!"

"A fantastic stay! We arrived quite late, but as soon as we stepped in, Miss Zhiyi greeted us with iced tea, which was an instant pick-me-up. The room design was very thoughtful; right outside the shower, there's a luggage rack and a wardrobe, which was really convenient for changing clothes. The bedding and bed were incredibly comfortable, and the kids loved the sofa, commenting on how soft it was. We hadn't had dinner yet, and to our surprise, they offered complimentary supper around 9 PM, including delicious fish vermicelli! Miss Zhiyi even gave the kids hair clips, which absolutely delighted them! Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive and varied. It's quite rare to find steak, chicken cutlets, and even Tom Yum soup at a breakfast buffet! The congee was freshly prepared, and everything tasted quite good. Upon checkout, we even received a thoughtful souvenir: a sachet from the Nanyue Great Temple. When one of our children accidentally scratched themselves and started bleeding, the front desk attendant immediately offered povidone-iodine swabs for disinfection – truly attentive service. Absolutely deserves a five-star rating!"

"The high-speed train shuttle service from Hengshan West Station was excellent, and the vehicle itself was very comfortable. While the room wasn't particularly spacious, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel's overall decor felt a bit dated, especially noticeable with the noisy elevator. Furthermore, a small set of stairs separates the lobby from the elevators, which could be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. Despite these minor issues, everything else was great, and the hotel boasts an excellent location!"

"I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I stepped into the lobby. The hotel's location is excellent, with many local restaurants nearby! The receptionist had a super sweet smile, efficiently processed my check-in, and even thoughtfully offered me a welcome drink. The public areas were elegant, the rooms were reassuringly clean, the bedding was just the right amount of soft, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the air conditioning and hot water were all perfect! The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, the freshly made local rice noodles were very flavorful, and the freshly squeezed juices were incredibly pure. What touched me most was that I was a little late checking out, and the staff kindly helped me extend my check-out time; the service throughout was impeccable and patient! Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose the Marriott Four Points by Sheraton again—the value for money and the experience are simply top-notch!"

"This is a handy little spot only 10 minutes away from the train station. Good value for money, nice staff, comfortable beds and good water pressure in the bathroom. Could’ve been a little bit cleaner but you get what you pay for, overall. It worked well for me wanting to be close to the train station."

"The hotel is very close to Nanyue Temple and Hengshan Visitor Center, with convenient transportation. It is located next to the commercial street and there are many delicious foods nearby. The facilities are quite new, the room is clean and comfortable, and there is a smart toilet. But the check-in experience was not good and the service quality was not satisfactory: 1. The hotel was under renovation when we checked in. On the first day, I told the front desk about the noise caused by the renovation, and the renovation was temporarily suspended for more than half an hour. However, the renovation started before 8 o'clock the next morning, and I couldn't sleep at all. 2. The CCTV in the room could not be tuned in. I called the front desk and they said they were busy and would be up soon. However, after waiting for half an hour and making several phone calls, someone came up to help me turn on CCTV. 3. The check-in was for two nights, but the front desk only wrote one night. When I asked the front desk, they said it was okay. When I came back from the trip the next day, I couldn't get in. Then I asked the front desk, and they said a lot of things, saying that their system can only register for one day, which is a regulation of the Public Security Bureau. The Public Security Bureau requires facial comparison, and they said a lot of other irrelevant things, but they just refused to admit that they made a mistake in their work and caused trouble to the guests. 4. The attitude of the staff was rather cold on the first day and the second morning of the stay. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service quality to the front desk on the second night, the service quality improved. On the third day, enthusiasm was clearly visible and the quality of service had improved."
