The girls at the front desk and the restaurant clearly felt that they were sweating a lot and working hard. I originally wanted to sit and drink in the lobby bar, but the situation was too scary and I didn't try it."

My only suggestion would be the addition of more complimentary recreational facilities like a gym or a small library, which could enhance the appeal for guests staying longer. "Everything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign. Room is new and minimalistic. Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient. Reception was helpful at all times. Bed is comfortable. Will return if around Heshan city again."

However, being an older hotel, there are some dark, hard-to-reach areas, but this has no impact on the overall stay and is negligible. Environment: The environment is very nice. It has a very refined and elegant feel, which I really like. This hotel holds many memories for me personally. I used to stay at the Wen Hua Hotel often when I was a child. It's quite an old hotel, and this visit brought back many memories; it doesn't seem to have changed much. I really like the Wen Hua Hotel; the breakfast is also good. Their mooncakes are delicious too, full of memories! 👍🏻 If you don't have particularly high expectations for accommodation, you can stay here; you won't be disappointed.
