AAnonymous UserI obviously chose a free room upgrade. When I arrived, I arranged a room at the end and asked to change it. When I went to the front desk, I was told that there would be a charge for upgrading the room type. Moreover, the room I booked at the time was a room with a window. I didn’t know which room type it was said to be upgraded at the beginning. , the room type that was upgraded later was the same as the room type that was originally booked, and the room type that was booked before was the room with a window.
But other than that, the room is quite clean. The quilt is a little stained. The sound insulation is average. I can hear the sound of watching TV in the next room.

The room was spacious with excellent natural light, and the decor was simple yet elegant. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas were a thoughtful touch, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the value for money was outstanding. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, and I've already recommended it to friends. Room facilities are very new, very easy to use, there will be no cheap feeling. . The mattress is very comfortable. Karaoke downstairs is a bit noisy, and the hotel provides earplugs intimately.

This hotel holds many memories for me personally. I used to stay at the Wen Hua Hotel often when I was a child. It's quite an old hotel, and this visit brought back many memories; it doesn't seem to have changed much. I really like the Wen Hua Hotel; the breakfast is also good. Their mooncakes are delicious too, full of memories! 👍🏻
If you don't have particularly high expectations for accommodation, you can stay here; you won't be disappointed. The front desk service is also very good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very beautiful, but there may be some problems with the room design. The space utilization is very low, and it is wasted in the corridors and bathrooms. On the contrary, the sleeping area is quite crowded. The board on the wall is very sticky. I don't know if there were posters posted before but were not removed. Other than that, the hygiene is fine. Disposable bath mats and bath balls are provided, so you can take a bath. In the breakfast restaurant, the brown sugar has obviously deteriorated due to moisture and has been expired for several months. The watermelon is not fresh either. It disappeared after eating it in the morning. The most favorable thing is that there is a beef buffet hot pot 200 meters away from the hotel. You must not miss it. Be sure to go early to avoid queuing!
