The facilities were complete and well-maintained, offering great value for money. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserI've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes.
Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals?
Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

Cleanliness: Clean. However, being an older hotel, there are some dark, hard-to-reach areas, but this has no impact on the overall stay and is negligible.
Environment: The environment is very nice. It has a very refined and elegant feel, which I really like.
This hotel holds many memories for me personally. I used to stay at the Wen Hua Hotel often when I was a child. It's quite an old hotel, and this visit brought back many memories; it doesn't seem to have changed much. I really like the Wen Hua Hotel; the breakfast is also good. Their mooncakes are delicious too, full of memories! 👍🏻
If you don't have particularly high expectations for accommodation, you can stay here; you won't be disappointed. The front desk service is also very good.

There is a small tea room on the first floor. It is convenient to chat with customers during the event gap, and there is no need to find an outside place. The front desk helped print the event information and was enthusiastic. The small table and stools in the room are very convenient for information, no need to pile on the table. Parking is free, and you can drive directly at the end of the event without looking for a parking space.
