Heshan Hotels with Breakfast

I've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes. Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals? Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

The hotel is synonymous with warm and prompt front desk service, a clean and hygienic lobby and rooms, and comfortable bedding. The sweet smiles and friendly service at the front desk made me feel right at home. The receptionist even thoughtfully provided food and sightseeing tips, recommending restaurants that immediately made me want to try them all. There are two large restaurants across the street, and many other affordable and delicious dining options nearby, making the hotel's location quite good.

Everything was perfect till the last breakfast whereby fellow guests started smoking in the dining area even though there was a no smoking sign. Room is new and minimalistic. Laundry room within hotel is new and convenient. Reception was helpful at all times. Bed is comfortable. Will return if around Heshan city again.

We could move around freely in the room, and setting up our luggage was also very convenient. The room's decor was also very warm and inviting; every detail showed the hotel's attention to detail, making us feel right at home. Whether resting, chatting, or simply relaxing, the large room provided an excellent place for us. In short, the Baili Hotel, with its free parking and spacious, comfortable rooms, became our ideal accommodation during our trip to Heshan. If you are also planning a trip to Heshan, you should consider the Baili Hotel; I believe you will love it as much as we did.

The public areas are also well maintained, the corridors, elevators, and lobby are clean and orderly, and the air is circulating. The cleaning staff work meticulously and attentively, and the response is very timely if you need to clean during your stay. The room is well lit and ventilated, and the overall environment is quiet and comfortable. The price is also very affordable, the comprehensive experience is full, whether it is a trip or a business trip, it is very suitable, this store has been included in the list of first choice, I will choose here next time, I really recommend it

Environment: New hotel, clean, tidy, no odors, separate wet and dry areas, fresh air. Location: Excellent location, just across the street from major shopping malls. Convenient for dining, drinks, entertainment, and leisure. Plenty of parking spaces, no worries. The front desk service is exceptionally attentive, making you feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is warm and thoughtful, the work efficiency is high, the location is good, very close to Heshan Bus Station, convenient to travel, it is recommended.

The room was very nice, clean, sanitary, with a balcony and a great view! The soundproofing in the room was very poor, and I could hear all the noises of the children outside. The second thing was the seafood buffet, which was so expensive, the food was poor, the variety was small, and the supply was slow. It was not worth the price, and the scene was very messy! The breakfast on the second day was also average. Overall, it is not worth recommending!

Not very quiet, I am not referring to the surrounding management of the hotel, but the noise made by other hotel guests, and the hotel could not take the initiative to solve it after the complaint. However, the last request for a room change, the front desk arranged it, it was better. Although it is a four-star, the service is not professional enough.
