Another room had a strong smoke smell and a leaking toilet, so I had to change rooms again. In the third room, when I turned on the light, the ceiling light was on fire! I had to change rooms immediately, but I was terrified and couldn't sleep all night. The staff said that's just how hotels are. I will never book this hotel again."
