"My husband, our child, and I booked this hotel while visiting some friends. Upon arrival, a friendly concierge immediately helped us with our luggage, which we greatly appreciated after our high-speed train journey. Inside the lobby, a very welcoming staff member at the front desk offered us a welcome drink while we checked in, and then kindly explained where breakfast was served and other relevant details. Our room offered a pleasant street view, which delighted our child. The cleanliness of the room and the quality of the bedding were outstanding. Every hotel staff member was incredibly friendly and always wore a smile, which truly brightened my mood throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning for another stay."

"A warm welcome by hotel staff,Connie (小余）with fruits and was personally guided to our rm on the 2nd floor. A spacious 40m/sq rm with fascinating seaview meets our eyes. Rm was clean and not a smoking one as preference requested. A highly recommended vacation accommodation. Ideal location with walking distances to various eateries and attractions. "The room was great, very close to Moon Bay and Ocean Park. The facilities were also quite good, everything felt very upscale. Anything we asked for was promptly delivered by intelligent staff, and the front desk staff were all very friendly. However, it's worth noting that the blue in the room was actually a sticker, not a sea view. Maybe I booked the wrong room and got a standard one. Also, the Wi-Fi only worked if the TV was on, and the built-in Wi-Fi tended to disconnect easily, making it hard to use my phone after turning off the lights. Everything else was good though."
