The hotel's facilities are fantastic, the decor is exquisite, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, making for a truly wonderful stay. The kids were thrilled the moment they walked in and didn't want to leave the room. The biggest highlight was being able to get up close with giraffes, zebras, and ostriches, feeling as if we were in a fairytale natural world.
At the Giraffe Restaurant, you can even hand-feed the giraffes! Enjoying delicious food while interacting with these gentle creatures was an unforgettable and unique experience!
What's even more commendable is the hotel's service. From check-in to dining, all the staff provided service with a smile, being both enthusiastic and attentive. They took great care of us throughout our stay, making us feel incredibly welcome and at home. Special shout-out to Ms. 013 at the Giraffe Restaurant; her service was truly exceptional, meticulous, and thoughtful. She promptly met all our needs, and we were genuinely touched by her attentiveness!
We started missing it already after checking out. We will definitely be back!!

GGuest UserThe design of the house is very distinctive. Although it is in the village, it is only a minute or two away from the ancient city. The room is small and the design is unique, but the bathroom has no door, and the bathroom is transparent. It is not suitable for parents and children, suitable for couples or couples.

The hotel's location is convenient, close to key scenic spots and commercial areas, with easy parking for those driving, making travel planning a breeze. The room was spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, with soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet rest. The facilities were complete and well-maintained, the toiletries were of high quality, and the hot water supply was reliable. The staff were friendly and professional, processing paperwork efficiently and offering helpful itinerary advice. **Location:** Excellent. It's just a 5-minute walk to Yushawan Beach, making it incredibly convenient to catch the sunrise.
**Transportation:** Very convenient. The hotel offers free shuttle services to destinations like Quanzhou East Station and Oule堡. It only takes about 15 minutes to reach the high-speed train station, and parking is very convenient for those driving.
**Rooms:** Exceptionally clean. The rooms feature a Nordic-style design, with very new furnishings and convenient smart home controls throughout. The bedding is comfortable; my family said they slept wonderfully.
**Service:** The front desk staff are warm and attentive. They provide travel guides and tide tables, showing great attention to detail.

In particular, the disposable bath towels are branded very nice! The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the health is in place, the decoration is warm, the service is intimate, the living is very safe, it is worth coming again.

The harbor is 20 to 30 meters next to the hotel, and the location is very advantageous. I stayed in the hotel for many days. The hardware facilities are of a comfortable hotel, which are quite good. There are many parking spaces around the hotel, all of which are public parking spaces. During the peak tourist season, guests who drive themselves may need to find a parking space, after all, the hotel is in the core of the scenic area.

GGuest UserThis time I stayed at this hotel in Luocheng Town, Hui'an County, Fujian Province. The overall experience far exceeded expectations. Whether it is service, environment or cost-effective, it is worth recommending. The hotel is located in Luocheng Town, convenient to travel, and the surrounding life is complete. It is very convenient for both work and short-distance play. The front desk service is warm and courteous, the check-in is efficient and fast, the staff is gentle and patient, and the response to problems is timely, which makes people feel very comfortable.
The room was clean and tidy, the lighting was good, the space was spacious and not depressing, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the pillow height was moderate, and the rest was very stable at night. The bathroom is clean and odorless, the hot water is fast, the toiletries are complete, and the overall health condition is reassuring. The soundproofing effect of the room is good, the night is quiet and not noisy, which can ensure a good sleep quality. The public area of the hotel is clean and bright, the environment is elegant, and the overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable.
The most surprising thing is that the hotel directly presents two breakfasts and two lunches. The dishes are rich and fresh, the taste is authentic, and the portion is sufficient, which saves the trouble of going out to find a restaurant, and greatly improves the overall price/performance ratio. It is simply too cost-effective for two people to travel, family stay or friends. In general, this hotel has intimate service, comfortable environment, food and lodging, and the price/performance ratio is very prominent in the same type of hotel. Next time I come to Hui'an Luo Town, I will still choose here, and I really recommend it to all friends.

GGuest UserThe room area is about 45㎡, the layout adopts the three-separated design of ”Sleeping Area - Office Area - Bathroom Area”, and the dynamic line is smooth and there is no sense of depression. The mattress is made of high-pop memory cotton, with soft and hard double pillows, excellent support, and particularly outstanding sound insulation (the actual night outdoor traffic and corridor sound attenuation rate exceeds 90%), which fully meets the needs of deep sleep. The bathroom system is equipped with a constant temperature shower, and the water pressure is stable at 0.3MPa. The delay of hot water discharge is no more than 3 seconds, the dry and wet separation glass partition sealing is good, and there is no water leakage problem.
