GGuest UserThis stay with my little one was an absolute dream trip! First off, I have to rave about our room. It was incredibly spacious, giving my child plenty of room to run around. All the amenities you could ask for were there – a bathtub and smart toilet were just the basics. The biggest surprise, though, was that it even had a small bathroom just for kids, a thoughtful detail that truly warmed my heart. The in-room treehouse became my child's exclusive secret hideaway; they were constantly climbing up and down, absolutely delighted.
The most magical moment, however, happened in the early morning. While we were still asleep, real ostriches came to 'tap' on our window, waking us up! My little one made eye contact with them through the glass, and that kind of wondrous encounter with animals is just indescribable.
Of course, the hotel's thoughtfulness went far beyond that. The snacks and drinks provided in the room were all my child's favorites – such a precise and thoughtful 'feeding' strategy. What's more, the hotel staff were all incredibly enthusiastic. No matter what issues we encountered, they were always quick to offer warm assistance, making the entire trip smooth and enjoyable.
This trip wasn't just about staying in a hotel for a night; it felt more like stepping into a magical fairy tale.

GGuest UserFacilities: The room decoration style is refreshing, the room is large, like this wooden floor, 100 times better than the carpet.
Hygienic: dry and wet separation, clean and hygienic, the whole health is good.
Environment: Convenient transportation, take the 7 bus back to the hotel from the center. The hotel has a wide view, which is also my favorite point.
Service: When I came to the hotel, the first contact was the front desk. When I was hesitant, the front desk clerk patiently helped me find a way to solve the problem. The attitude was very good. I met the front desk of the two shuttle buses. I was very touched. After check-in, the cleaning waiter was also very good, enthusiastic service, every waiter I met was enthusiastic, laundry problems were solved immediately. Staying for a few days, I feel that choosing this hotel is the right one.

First, the room charges were unclear. It said, ”If you need more, please contact room service for XX yuan.” As a guest, I intuitively understood this to mean: the first serving is free, and subsequent refills will incur additional charges. What hotel charges for tea placed next to the tea set? (If you're going to charge, there should be clear signage! Are they trying to make money off hidden costs?) It's terrifying to think about; I'll be more careful when staying at other hotels in the future!
Second, my bad mood started with breakfast. It was supposed to be breakfast from 7 to 10 am. I arrived at 9 am, and everything was empty (I was so angry I forgot to take pictures; the pictures only show completely empty plates). I've never seen a buffet like this. With an hour left before closing time, all the plates were empty and no more food was added—completely empty, not just scattered leftovers. The porridge container only had plain rice porridge left. I had to go to the noodle station to cook noodles (and even those noodle station items were empty). This is absolutely a substandard buffet.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the location is convenient, there is a large parking lot at the door, and there is a charging pile. In particular, the disposable bath towels are branded very nice! The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the health is in place, the decoration is warm, the service is intimate, the living is very safe, it is worth coming again.

CChezigegeIt was my first time to Chongwu. The hotel was relatively old, but the service attitude was very good. Especially the handsome Xiao Wang at the front desk and the cleaning lady in the guest room. They were well-trained and very efficient. They could respond to guests' needs in time and deal with them accordingly. They were very professional!
The hotel environment was comfortable, it was just a step away from the beach, and the beach activities were very convenient. The breakfast variety was complete, there were many restaurants around, and takeout was also convenient and fast. Overall, this hotel is the best choice if you come to Chongwu!

The hotel is located in the core area of Luocheng Town, it is very convenient to travel, the surrounding dining and supermarkets are complete, and self-driving parking is also very convenient. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was fast and efficient, and the questions were answered patiently, and the service was very intimate.
The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the quality of sleep was very high. The bathroom has no smell, sufficient hot water, complete toiletries, and the details are in place. The indoor sound insulation effect is good, the night is quiet and not noisy, and you can rest well. The public areas of the hotel are clean and orderly, with complete supporting facilities and daily needs can be met.

MM20727****We booked this hotel to take our kids to Ocean Park. The staff were all incredibly nice, and there's a shuttle service to Ocean Park Sea World and the Fairy Tale World, which is super convenient. The drivers of the shuttle carts were so enthusiastic and warm; it's lovely that the hotel employs these older local staff, it really adds a special touch and makes you feel more positive about the place.
We visited during the off-season, so the hotel wasn't crowded. But this resort and hotel, built by the sea, felt like a fairy tale kingdom blending ocean, castles, cute animals, amusement rides, and even an ice and snow world. It's truly an underrated gem for a family trip with kids. Our children had a wonderful two days here.

The mattress is made of high-pop memory cotton, with soft and hard double pillows, excellent support, and particularly outstanding sound insulation (the actual night outdoor traffic and corridor sound attenuation rate exceeds 90%), which fully meets the needs of deep sleep. The bathroom system is equipped with a constant temperature shower, and the water pressure is stable at 0.3MPa. The delay of hot water discharge is no more than 3 seconds, the dry and wet separation glass partition sealing is good, and there is no water leakage problem.

GGuest UserWe came specifically for the ocean view room, and it completely exceeded our expectations—the beach is right downstairs, and you can see the azure sea and the magnificent sunset right from your bed—it's incredibly therapeutic!
We even took the kids to go beachcombing after the tide went out at midday! The owner was incredibly welcoming, providing buckets and shovels for free. We dug up small crabs, clams, and even sea cucumbers, but some died before we could bring them back.
We returned from beachcombing just in time for sunset. Watching the sun, like a salted egg yolk, slowly sink below the horizon, turning the entire sky golden red, sitting on the rooftop, enjoying the sea breeze and drinking coconut juice, I instantly felt that life was worthwhile!
