"The hotel is easy to find and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. Of all the hotels and guesthouses I stayed in during my 8 nights in Xinjiang, only the Kuitun Shangnai Lake Hotel had a humidifier, which was a big plus. We out-of-towners in Xinjiang were really suffering from the dryness. I personally appreciated that the bedside table wasn't placed between the two beds, as I'm a light sleeper and any noise from my roommate putting things down or charging devices would disturb me. The room received welcome fruit, the front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast selection was plentiful and varied. After my departure, the hotel called to inform me that I had forgotten some items and offered to send them back; their service was commendable."

"The hotel boasts a great environment and excellent location. The receptionists, Xiao Chen and Mengmeng, were incredibly friendly and even upgraded my room for free and provided breakfast – so thoughtful! The room was impeccably clean, and the receptionists gave me lots of snacks when I checked out. A very satisfying stay! The hotel's decor is also quite luxurious, haha. "The hotel has been renovated for a while, and you can see that the equipment is a bit old, but the service of the staff is very good. The exhaust fan in the room is broken. The maintenance technician came to check and confirmed that the exhaust fan cannot be used. In order not to delay our rest, we changed rooms. The technician ran downstairs twice, and finally we changed to a suitable room. I like their enthusiastic service, not afraid of trouble, and their service spirit of considering customers."

"This Xinjiang self-driving trip lasted over 10 days, covering nearly 4000km. Kuitun was my first stay at Atour, and overall, I had a good impression. After that, whenever possible, I chose Atour for subsequent destinations. The Atour in Kuitun, in my opinion, is the best Atour I've stayed at so far. The spicy minced meat sauce for breakfast noodles was my favorite, and the laundry room with its washer and dryer was very convenient, though there can be a bit of a wait during peak hours."

The 'zero-pressure' sleep-aid mattress provided cloud-like comfort, ensuring a perfectly restful night's sleep. Large windows offered expansive views, and pulling back the curtains in the morning to let the sunshine flood in instantly brightened my mood. The complimentary toiletries were not only complete but also boasted a delightful fragrance, leaving my skin feeling wonderfully smooth. The hotel's service was truly exceptional and incredibly thoughtful. During check-in, both the front desk staff and the security personnel were enthusiastic in helping with our luggage and meticulously introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. The front desk also featured a 'convenience box' with essentials and helpful directional signs, which proved very practical. What truly touched me was when I accidentally left an item behind after checking out; the hotel proactively contacted me and even helped arrange its return shipment. It was an incredibly heartwarming gesture. Breakfast was a delightful buffet with an incredibly rich variety, offering everything from authentic Xinjiang specialties to Western pastries and fresh fruit, ensuring I started each day feeling completely satisfied. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped gym with brand-new equipment, including treadmills, strength training machines, and even yoga blocks. For a fitness enthusiast like myself, this was an absolute dream. Overall, my experience at the Kuitun Rouran Hotel was nothing short of perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Kuitun!"

"As a member of the Corps, I was surprised to find such a quiet and high-end hotel under the Kaiyuan Hotel in Huyanghe City when planning the route. I placed an order without hesitation to experience it. The hotel facilities are very new, the area is large, there are many tourists, the location is easy to find by car, the sanitation is clean, the staff is enthusiastic, and catering services are also provided. The outdoor environment is still very cool in hot weather, which is beyond expectations. It is indeed a great place to stay for group tours to Duku Highway, Nalati, Sailimu Lake Scenic Area, self-driving tours, or to Urumqi via Wukui Expressway. It is recommended to increase the number of staff when there are many tourists traveling to reduce the possible waiting time, and to increase the number of staff in the dining area; the privacy of the elevator should be strengthened, and the hotel should add parking guidance signs or staff to make it easier for guests to see. I hope that this Kaiyuan Hotel located in the new city of the Corps will do better and better and have a prosperous business"
