GGuest UserThe service staff here, including security guards and canteen chefs, were warm and welcoming, and helped me carry my luggage. They also heated up the food I brought in the microwave in the morning. The hotel environment is very good, the room is large, clean, and there are robot services. The children like it very much. I will come again next time I travel! It's really good!

The young lady Wang who greeted her was very enthusiastic and the voice was very good, because we didn’t eat spicy and recommended nearby restaurants to us. Originally, I was very tired after a day of car ride today, but because the check-in experience was very good, I felt resurrected again! Thank you very much for Miss Wang's enthusiastic service! Go back and recommend friends in Taiwan to choose the whole season!

Toiletries, laundry room is also very clean, Really like it, it is very convenient to eat and drink near the hotel, all Xinjiang must punch in and eat delicious, next time you come to Xinjiang, you must stay at the hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe room was not bad, very new. From the room at night, I saw some restaurants opposite. The Wang Fei Chicken next door I went to eat at night could only be described as unpalatable. Don’t go there if you want to.
The hygiene is okay, but the soundproofing is very poor. There is a room next to the wedding reception, which started very early in the morning and is very noisy.
The bed is a bit too soft. For someone like me who is used to sleeping on hard beds, I hardly slept at night and my waist was very sore after sleeping.
Breakfast was provided. Although it was simple, it tasted pretty good and was fair.
