The staggered floors were a little unusual, but everything else was great. There's a pantry, gym, and laundry room on the first floor, just like at Atour. The value for money was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfying! A huge thumbs-up! 👍 The noodle maker remembered every order, far better than many four- and five-star restaurants with their automated noodle cookers. The security guard at the entrance was also very considerate, and parking was convenient! The surrounding area is well-equipped. I went to buy a memory card for my drone late at night and stumbled upon an open mobile phone store while strolling."

"1 The curtains in the room were broken. I notified the front desk, but they said they were too busy. A security guard came but couldn't solve the problem. Finally, I was given a new room. The TV remote control in the new room didn't work either. Sigh😔 2 One of the dryers seemed to be broken. I pressed the power switch but there was no response. I notified the front desk to ask for help. When I came back from lunch an hour later, I found that it was still intact. I went back to the front desk again, but they said they were too busy. Finally, I asked a security guard, but he didn't know how to operate it. The original laundry detergent was changed to laundry powder, which is ridiculous. 3 The laundry room has neither operating instructions nor a service phone number. I have stayed in a hotel of the same brand in Yining before, and I feel that the service level and attitude of the two hotels are very different! ! 1This can’t be a fake brand."

The cleaning was exceptionally thorough, with every corner spotless, and the facilities were in good working order and well-maintained. It's incredibly good value for money; the environment, service, and cleanliness were all impeccable. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"Stayed in suite 525 on the night of the 20th. This is a real-name review. The service was excellent, especially the front desk guy, who was very quick. You had to call the front desk to open the parking lot and exit. Later, when the TV was misoperated, someone was immediately dispatched to address it. However, there were two glaring issues that I'm surprised haven't mentioned in other reviews. ① The room smelled really bad, like wooden planks. ② If you want to catch up on some sleep, make sure your room is far from the elevator. I had a late-night drive the night before and arrived in the wee hours. I booked a suite specifically for a comfortable night's sleep and the option to check out at 3 PM. The elevator rang like the doorbell (I initially tried to open it, thinking someone was pranking it). Since the rooms are all on the fifth floor [bursts into laughter], the elevator would ring repeatedly whenever someone pressed the doorbell. Just before I was about to lose consciousness, I figured I'd woken myself up, so I decided to have breakfast and check out. (The breakfast variety was okay, and I had two heart-shaped eggs, which made me feel a little better 😂). I couldn't stay in suite 525. The noise was detrimental to my mood and health."

"After checking in and sitting on the bed, I found the pillowcase was torn and there was hair on the bed, which was disgusting. I went down to the front desk to ask for a room change. The receptionist was hesitant and said that only one room at the very front was left. I asked to change to another room. I had booked an Executive Grand, and the receptionist said she would change me to a Deluxe Grand, saying there was no difference, but the price was different. I had stayed at this hotel before and stayed in a room on the 7th floor. When I asked the front desk if I could stay on the 7th floor, the receptionist said that the 7th floor was already booked by sales and they couldn't give me that room. Finally, they said they had given me a room facing the road. After staying in the room for about half an hour, I found that the floor mat was missing. Staff negligence!! The next day, around 1 pm, before check-out time, I was woken up by staff knocking on the door to check the set-top box. Couldn't they wait until the guests checked out to check? Why did they have to wake the guests up? I left the room at 1:30 am, and two people were waiting at the door to come in. What does this mean? Is this how they treat guests? My check-out time was 4 pm. If I had checked out at 3 pm, how many times would they have called me???"
