4-Star Hotels in Kuytun

Can't find any faults, clean and tidy, air conditioning and heating are sufficient, you can take a comfortable shower and sleep. During the trip, as long as you can stay in the city and choose this kind of chain hotel, you will try to choose this one. I want to come back to stay on the return trip, but I really can't drive to Kuitun. In addition, the breakfast is very rich.

The parking lot in front of the hotel is large, and it is very convenient to park and unload luggage. There are also quite a few different restaurants around the hotel to choose from. I originally planned to stay one night, but the hotel upgraded the room. It was very comfortable, so I stayed another night🤓

My previous review didn't align with the hotel's actual conditions. Pros: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. The room was well-prepared with many gifts, including yogurt, fruit, and naan. So, the service deserves a 5-star rating. Cons: 1. The bathroom and sink area in the room didn't have a wet/dry separation and were too small, only accommodating one person at a time. You couldn't even walk past the bathroom with the door open. 2. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, possibly from the drainage system, which made the stay very uncomfortable. 3. There were too many group guests, and by 9 AM, breakfast was completely gone with nothing replenished by the hotel. I was really conflicted when choosing a hotel and compared several before picking this one based on reviews. I regret it now. I guess the positive reviews were all about the service, but the facilities are genuinely poor.

This stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, finding food, and exploring the night market. In fact, the hotel is right inside the night market! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable – every corner was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep peacefully. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very attentive, responding quickly to any issues. Their attention to detail was evident everywhere. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I stayed with my daughter and we both loved it 👍. The lobby offers free, freshly ground coffee that tastes great. It's definitely on my list for a return stay! Highly recommended.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is comfortable and soundproofed, check-in was efficient, and the overall experience was very pleasant. It offers great value for money.

The hardware facilities are average, but the service is really warm, warm, and warm. Everyone I met is very, very, very good. Although the hotel's swimming pool is relatively average, it is the most popular among children in such hot weather to cool down the children in time. In addition, watching the sunset and sunrise in the hotel room is also a beautiful enjoyment. The hotel has its own underground parking garage, and there is a gas station downstairs, which is very friendly to self-driving.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, even featuring a mini-fridge. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and courteous. They even gifted us a fridge magnet upon check-out. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Xinjiang.

This stay experience is very satisfactory! The hotel enjoys a prime location, convenient transportation, and is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is efficient and fast. The room is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration, soft and comfortable bedding, good hygiene details, dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and sufficient and stable hot water. The soundproofing is very good and it is very quiet to rest at night. The breakfast has a rich variety, a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles, and tastes delicious. The Wi-Fi signal is strong, which is convenient for work and leisure. The overall cost-effectiveness is very high, whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, it is very suitable, I will definitely choose here next time! Highly recommended!

I was initially happy because the room seemed spacious and the environment was nice. However, after using the hotel shampoo, it felt like my scalp was being pricked with needles – it hurt terribly! I quickly washed it off, but it didn't help. I was supposed to use conditioner afterward, but that didn't work either. After washing my hair, I showed it to my daughter, who said my entire scalp was red. I didn't even think about taking pictures then; it was already past midnight, so I went to sleep. When I woke up the next day, my scalp was covered in yellow stuff, and I remembered I needed to take pictures. Part of my scalp was still red and swollen. Although the manager apologized and bought me some snacks, this was the first time I'd experienced something like this, and I'll never use hotel toiletries again. Someone must have tampered with my shampoo bottle; what I squeezed out wasn't white, but the bottle was full of white stuff. My good mood for the trip was completely ruined.

This stay experience is really good, you must give a full five stars! The hotel service is warm and intimate, the front desk staff is gentle, and the check-in is efficient and fast. The room is clean and tidy, no smell, the hygiene is very good, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is also very good, and the rest can be rested at night. The room facilities are intelligent and complete, convenient and worry-free to use. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, and the details are attentive. It is especially suitable for travel accommodation or relaxation. From service, health to facilities are impeccable. It is the most satisfying hotel for this trip. I will definitely choose it next time. I really recommend it to everyone!
