Guest UserSaw this hotel on Trip.com, advertised as opening in 2026, so I decided to give it a try – and overall, the experience was great! The hotel is very easy to find and even has charging stations. There's an Yimaxiang Night Market nearby with all sorts of food and small goods, definitely recommend checking it out. The charging stations are super convenient if you're renting a car or driving yourself. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge' and 'xiaojie' – young men and women) were very enthusiastic and always ready to help with any questions. This was my first time staying here, and after circling Sayram Lake, visiting Yili, and driving the Duku Highway, I chose to stay here again – a testament to how much I liked it. Highly recommended!

Self-driving tour in Xinjiang, taking the Yili Loop, the first stop is Kuitun. Search the hotel on Ctrip, the newly opened Starway is not far from the highway! The hotel facilities are new, clean and elegant, and the service is warm! The zero-pressure room type I stayed in has very comfortable bedding. It is very important to have a good sleep when you are away from home. Although the hotel breakfast is simple, the variety is quite rich. The bowl of noodles at Starway must be praised. It warms the stomach and is light in the morning. Recommended! Such an affordable price, the best choice, looking forward to staying next time!

The service staff here, including security guards and canteen chefs, were warm and welcoming, and helped me carry my luggage. They also heated up the food I brought in the microwave in the morning. The hotel environment is very good, the room is large, clean, and there are robot services. The children like it very much. I will come again next time I travel! It's really good!

Stayed here with four friends, and the loft suite at Kuitun Mianmian Hotel was absolutely perfect! The space is huge, easily accommodating four or five people without feeling cramped. The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It's a quiet environment with excellent facilities and top-notch service. My friends were all really happy with it, and the value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in town. Highly recommend!

Anonymous UserThe hotel facilities are very new, the room is large, the waiter is very kind, see us going out to the Grand Canyon, take the initiative to bring us mineral water. The room was very quiet, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and there were two choices of pillows, very comfortable. Opposite the hotel, there is a night market, vegetables and fruits, snack ingredients, etc., of which pumpkin milk twist is particularly delicious, where to see the long queue. There are many varieties of breakfast in the hotel. The only regret is that there are few seats. It is good to stagger the peak dining. It can catch up with the peak dining. It can make a table with people, but it can improve the communication between the guests.

My recent trip to Kuitun was made extra special by my stay at the Rouran Hotel, which truly exceeded all my expectations! I just had to share my experience with everyone.
The hotel boasts a superb location, right by the North Gate of Shenglong Plaza in Tianbei New District. The surrounding area truly has it all – a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Whether you're looking for retail therapy or to savor local delicacies, it's incredibly convenient, with everything just a short stroll away. There's even a bustling food street right downstairs, and in the evenings, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the open-air night market.
The room itself was genuinely spacious and incredibly comfortable. The layout was thoughtfully designed, making it feel open and never cramped. The 'zero-pressure' sleep-aid mattress provided cloud-like comfort, ensuring a perfectly restful night's sleep. Large windows offered expansive views, and pulling back the curtains in the morning to let the sunshine flood in instantly brightened my mood. The complimentary toiletries were not only complete but also boasted a delightful fragrance, leaving my skin feeling wonderfully smooth.
The hotel's service was truly exceptional and incredibly thoughtful. During check-in, both the front desk staff and the security personnel were enthusiastic in helping with our luggage and meticulously introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. The front desk also featured a 'convenience box' with essentials and helpful directional signs, which proved very practical. What truly touched me was when I accidentally left an item behind after checking out; the hotel proactively contacted me and even helped arrange its return shipment. It was an incredibly heartwarming gesture.
Breakfast was a delightful buffet with an incredibly rich variety, offering everything from authentic Xinjiang specialties to Western pastries and fresh fruit, ensuring I started each day feeling completely satisfied. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped gym with brand-new equipment, including treadmills, strength training machines, and even yoga blocks. For a fitness enthusiast like myself, this was an absolute dream.
Overall, my experience at the Kuitun Rouran Hotel was nothing short of perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Kuitun!

Guest UserThe location is very good and dining downstairs is convenient, but the hotel is in a mixed-use building. The company and multiple hotels share the elevator, which will be crowded. In addition, breakfast is in a shared breakfast shop, which is not exclusively used by hotel guests. There are also waiters. I wasn't careful enough and forgot to put mineral water in the room. We went downstairs to ask the front desk for refills.

The hotel is located in the city center, but the streets in front are quiet, and the parking lot is large and convenient.
The room the front desk gave me was occupied; it was a shared room with a group driver. They upgraded my room and included breakfast.
The room was large and very clean; I was very satisfied.

0411youzaiyouzaiyuHygienic: The room is clean and tidy without stains, and the bedding is newly changed. The bathroom has no smell and drainage is smooth. The parking lot is huge. Not far from the night market, life is convenient. The front desk staff and security staff took the initiative to serve, and the security staff introduced the surrounding environment, night market, supermarket. Service is in place.
