"The hotel is clean and tidy. Frontdesk services are warm and friendly. The buffet breakfast is really a bit better than expected with a great deal of food choices. The only shortcoming is a clogged toilet which caused us a great deal of trouble at 1:30am in the morning. But hotel staff quickly helped to shift us to another room with upgraded services. On the whole, I am happy with the hotel."

"The room is equipped with free bottled water, drinks, ear-mounted coffee, and tea bags, which can be taken on demand. The windows are large and have good lighting. It may be that the window of the special room and the corner room can see each other, but the privacy is not good. The mattress is medium firm and comes with earplugs and eye masks. I am particularly satisfied with the bathroom. The sliding door of the shower room will not be stuck by the foot towels, and water will not leak out and wet the floor. Free parking."

"Had an amazing stay! The deluxe twin room offered breathtaking views of both the Great Wall and East Lake. The Tang Dynasty-inspired design of the lobby bar was incredibly charming, and the front desk attendant even greeted me with a traditional hand-folding salute – so thoughtful! The free parking was a huge plus for me as I was driving, and the gym was well-equipped. The breakfast had a great mix of Western and Chinese options, and I left feeling very satisfied. I'll definitely be back!"

"The room was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful too. The breakfast had lots of variety, and they even offered afternoon tea and supper, which was pretty tasty. The location is great — lots of food places nearby, and it’s easy to grab a Didi to the scenic spots. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the city!"
