Rre****I have been following this place for several years and finally went there during the National Day holiday. It's a pity that I only booked one day, otherwise I would definitely stay a few more days. This is the 20th homestay I stayed in this year, and it is one of the few that I strongly recommend. The food is also great. It's a pity that there is no latte, but the experience housekeeper made two hand-brewed coffees with different beans, which I loved. Thank you housekeeper, I also like all the atmosphere created by the owner and the boss lady. It's very comfortable, I love everything here, I will recommend it to many people, and I will come back to stay a few more days next time if I have the chance

AAnonymous UserThe B&B is located in the core area of Ziyang Street. You can drive directly to the parking lot and take the elevator to the hotel. It takes half an hour by taxi to Linhai Station, and it is a 5-minute walk to Longxing Temple and Fucheng Xingshan Gate. It is very convenient and labor-saving.
After the reservation is successful, the proprietress will contact you on WeChat to send the location and precautions, and will give practical travel suggestions throughout the stay! The B&B has a quiet environment, a tea room and a lobby bar. When you are tired, you will be given coffee, black tea and snacks when you return to the hotel. This is really considerate! The room is very clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the pillow is also a partitioned neck pillow. Good night sweet soup and breakfast will be communicated in advance, and the coffee of the B&B is recommended! Next time I come to Linhai, I will choose to stay in Yushanji, a home-like experience. I wish the boss a prosperous business!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is quite charming—it’s a large, old house that has been nicely converted into several hotel rooms. Our room was very comfortable.
However, a heads-up regarding the bathroom: there was no door on the toilet area, and the shower was an all-glass enclosure. Since I was traveling with my husband, it wasn't an issue for us, but if you are traveling with friends, you might want to be aware of this lack of privacy.
The location is excellent! It’s right next to the City Wall and super close to several great restaurants and cool bars.
We also liked the service; the staff were quite attentive. One thing I found confusing, though, was that they didn't register my address as per the usual government standard for foreign guests, which most hotels in China follow.
As for cleanliness, it was standard for China—there were a few stray hairs in parts of the room (usually women's hair), but I find this happens in practically any hotel here.
Overall, it was a good stay!

GGuest UserQigu is a newly opened homestay. The best service is the pick-up station Linhai Station and Linhainan Station. It can be arranged in a well-organized manner, especially the ancient city. It takes 30-40 minutes to drive from Linhai Station. There is a lot of peace of mind and the hotel is received. Even in the alleys of the ancient city. ～ I have to say that the hotel is in a very good location. It is parallel to Ziyang Street on Fucheng Road. It takes 3 minutes to walk, so it is very convenient to go shopping. ～ The hotel also has snacks. Mosquito coils are also provided quickly. This time I lived on the first floor, so I had to say that the sound of the stone street was very loud. Clear, the room is not very soundproof. GGuest UserThe location is amazing, very close to the seafood food street Renmin Road, and not far from Ziyang Street, East Lake, and Taizhou City Wall. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is delicious, with a full range of varieties, and there is also a special snack, ginger soup noodles. It has its own gym, self-service laundry and parking lot, which are also free. I will stay here again next time I have the chance!

GGuest UserMy main purpose for this trip to Linhai was to visit Xin Rong Ji, so I looked for hotels close to it. Initially, I considered a few B&Bs, but ultimately decided on a star-rated hotel. After staying for two nights, I realized it was a very wise decision. First, the hotel's location is excellent, not only close to Xin Rong Ji but also to the train station. My room was on the 26th floor with a great view and over 50 square meters of space. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, and the toilet was fully smart, automatically opening when approached and closing after a certain time (though I'd recommend unplugging it or closing the door at night, as it sometimes opens inexplicably). The bed was quite comfortable, the TV was huge, and the room's layout was very well-designed. Both layers of curtains were fully automated and very convenient to use. We received a fruit plate when we returned to the room in the evening. The staff were all very enthusiastic and greeted us proactively, even offering thoughtful reminders to bring an umbrella if the weather was bad. We opted for the hotel's breakfast one morning; it was rather average, with limited variety and a mediocre taste. However, for a four-star hotel, the overall experience was very good.
The hotel has a gym and a self-service laundry room, but no swimming pool.

The staff and management were extremely supportive, polite, and always ready to help with any request. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the overall environment of the hotel was calm and relaxing.
