"My main purpose for this trip to Linhai was to visit Xin Rong Ji, so I looked for hotels close to it. Initially, I considered a few B&Bs, but ultimately decided on a star-rated hotel. After staying for two nights, I realized it was a very wise decision. First, the hotel's location is excellent, not only close to Xin Rong Ji but also to the train station. My room was on the 26th floor with a great view and over 50 square meters of space. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, and the toilet was fully smart, automatically opening when approached and closing after a certain time (though I'd recommend unplugging it or closing the door at night, as it sometimes opens inexplicably). The bed was quite comfortable, the TV was huge, and the room's layout was very well-designed. Both layers of curtains were fully automated and very convenient to use. We received a fruit plate when we returned to the room in the evening. The staff were all very enthusiastic and greeted us proactively, even offering thoughtful reminders to bring an umbrella if the weather was bad. We opted for the hotel's breakfast one morning; it was rather average, with limited variety and a mediocre taste. However, for a four-star hotel, the overall experience was very good. The hotel has a gym and a self-service laundry room, but no swimming pool."

"The room is equipped with free bottled water, drinks, ear-mounted coffee, and tea bags, which can be taken on demand. The windows are large and have good lighting. It may be that the window of the special room and the corner room can see each other, but the privacy is not good. The mattress is medium firm and comes with earplugs and eye masks. I am particularly satisfied with the bathroom. The sliding door of the shower room will not be stuck by the foot towels, and water will not leak out and wet the floor. Free parking."

The service details were exceptional; the butler helped with luggage transfer throughout, which was thoughtful and efficient. I was unexpectedly upgraded to a spacious and comfortable room. The local restaurants recommended by the owner served authentic and delicious food, with no bad experiences. Both the facilities and service are top-notch, definitely worthy of a five-star recommendation!"

"This stay at Linhai was a wonderful experience. We went to the hotel reception desk hoping to change to a twin room, but they were very friendly and upgraded us. They also provided us with noodles and milk for dinner. They also promptly provided ice cubes for the bathtub, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub. They even provided foot bath bags, allowing us to soak while enjoying the night view. This was the first pleasant surprise. The second pleasant surprise was the bowl of noodles we had in the evening. Having eaten too much at Rong Xiaoguan, we decided to try the noodles at the hotel. We ordered the vegetarian noodles, which were surprisingly delicious. They were surprisingly satisfying. Even with a full stomach, we ate one bowl and still wanted more. The breakfast the next day was excellent, combining local Linhai flavors with the standard amenities of most hotels. The taste was also quite good. The pool was not crowded during the day and looked clean, making it a great place for the kids to play in the water. Overall, the experience was positive, and I would definitely stay at Yuanzhou again when visiting Linhai."

"For a family weekend getaway during summer vacation, this price is indeed inexpensive for a hotel, but upon arrival… 📍The hotel is located within a food street, spanning three floors. During the day, the downstairs area is filled with restaurants and various food stalls, while at night it transforms into a street of roadside snacks—a dream for foodies! However, the food street stays open late into the night, and even at 3 AM, you can still hear the vendors' shouts and car horns. The noise pollution makes it difficult to fall asleep. 🏨The hotel's decor is average. The lobby has a bar with a few tables and chairs and a simple self-service tea bar, which should enhance the guest experience. The lobby itself is tastefully decorated, resembling a boutique hotel. However, stepping into the elevator instantly feels like stepping back into the 1980s 🙃 The elevator moves slower than the stairs. The room decor is like a guesthouse, old and retro. The 43-inch TV can't even be projected onto a phone, and the bathroom fixtures are very worn-out. 💁🏻♀️Service was the only aspect that received a high score during this stay. Both receptionists were polite, patient, and gentle. They resolved our issues promptly. Thumbs up! 👍 Summary: Foodies can book without hesitation. If you're traveling with a group of same-sex friends, I recommend choosing a double room (twin rooms are all facing the road and are noisy). Those with poor sleep quality, high standards for hotel environment, those driving, or families with children should think twice before choosing this hotel. Consider a larger hotel nearby, further away from the food street, for a more comfortable environment. Suggestion for the hotel: Replace all windows in rooms facing the street with soundproof glass! Soundproof glass! Soundproof glass!!! Don't expect other renovation improvements; just ensure the cleanliness meets high standards."

Core Advantages: Absolutely Superior Location The homestay is located in the heart of Taizhou's ancient city scenic area, right next to Ziyang Street. You can walk to the Great Wall of Jiangnan for the night view, and there's no need to detour for sightseeing. The surrounding area is full of Linhai's local delicacies, making it super convenient to stroll back to the homestay after a satisfying meal. For those who want to explore the ancient city in depth, this location is truly irreplaceable. Stay Experience: High-Quality and Comfortable As a newly opened homestay, the rooms were completely odor-free and even had a Honeywell air purifier, making my stay very safe. The decor is incredibly photogenic with an Instagram-worthy style, a postmodern design blending Chinese and Western elements, exquisite and cozy, every shot is a masterpiece. The room was thoughtfully equipped; the Marshall sound system had amazing sound quality, creating a wonderful atmosphere that perfectly complemented the lively ambiance of the old street; the Leifen hairdryer and Xiaodu smart control showed attention to detail and quality. The bedding was soft, clean, and had a sunny scent, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and odor-free, making for a very comfortable stay. Heartwarming Service: Warmth in the Details From the butler proactively contacting us to confirm our booking to the warm welcome at check-in, the entire experience was smooth. Complimentary snacks and tea were always available in the lobby, and welcome fruit was provided in the room. Drinks in the refrigerator were also free, adding a touch of elegance. Staff greeted us proactively and responded quickly to our needs; their attentive and unobtrusive service made us feel incredibly comfortable. Extra Surprises: Practical Amenities The guesthouse also offered a self-service laundry room, a gym, and a small meeting room to meet various needs. The breakfast was also a plus, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including Cantonese dim sum, local seaside snacks, Western bread, and coffee. Some rooms feature a private hot spring or bathtub, allowing you to soak in the tub at night and gaze at the stars – a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, making it perfect for couples, groups of friends, or families. I've already recommended it to my friends planning a trip to Linhai, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

Firstly, the location is fantastic and super convenient – you'll have no trouble finding places to eat, drink, and have fun.
