GGuest UserIt is very close to Ziyang Street, parking is very convenient, there are many parking spaces in the underground garage, you only need to add the hotel's corporate WeChat to get out for free.
The sanitation is very clean, the stay is very comfortable, the front desk service is also very good, and the hotel also gave souvenirs when checking in, which is a great experience.
The environment is not bad, it is very close to Ziyang Street and East Lake, and there is also a seafood street on Renmin Road next to it, with many choices and the taste is also good.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse is close to Ziyang Street, and the free parking is very convenient.
The guesthouse opened in August 2025. The room design and decoration are quite thoughtful, the bedding and cleanliness are good, and it's pet-friendly. The owner was especially welcoming, upgrading our room and providing reliable recommendations for local specialties. Breakfast was freshly made and steamed, and delicious.
When checking out, I forgot my iPad, and the owner proactively contacted me to retrieve it.
A big thank you to the owner; this wonderful stay made us truly appreciate the warmth and kindness of the people of Linhai.

GGuest UserThe location is amazing, very close to the seafood food street Renmin Road, and not far from Ziyang Street, East Lake, and Taizhou City Wall. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is delicious, with a full range of varieties, and there is also a special snack, ginger soup noodles. It has its own gym, self-service laundry and parking lot, which are also free. I will stay here again next time I have the chance!

GGuest UserSuper satisfied stay experience! This trip is too key to the hotel! The location of the hotel is excellent, eating and shopping are particularly convenient .
As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. The sheets were white and odorless, and there was no dust in the corner of the bathroom. The towels were fluffy and soft, and the whole space was refreshing. The most surprising thing is the bed, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the pillow support is very good, plus the room is very soundproof, the corridor noise is not heard at night, and I slept for a long time.
The facilities are also very intimate, with USB charging ports at the bedside and desk. Wi-Fi signal is stable, the video is smooth, the shower water pressure is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, and the spares smell fresh and good.
The service is nothing to say, the front desk check-in speed is very fast, and the local niche check-in points and gourmet shops are also actively recommended. Call for extra drinking water in the middle, and it will be delivered in a few minutes. The smile service throughout the whole process makes people feel very kind.
In terms of comprehensive location, health, facilities and services, the price is really high, I have recommended it to friends who are going to the local area, and I will definitely stay here next time!

GGuest UserHotel location is very good, the city center is very convenient to go anywhere, booked twin room for two nights, the room is large and bright, clean, breakfast variety is not very rich but tastes good, the ingredients are quite fresh. The service attitude of the younger brother and sister at the front desk is very good, speaks softly, and can meet the requirements of the guests as much as possible. It is a good stay experience. Next time you come to Linhai, you will choose the whole season.

GGuest UserBefore going to Linhai, I hesitated for a long time whether to stay in a homestay or a hotel. Finally, I proved that it was very correct to choose Kaiyuan Mingting Hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming. There was free fruit to the room every day. The lobby bar had free coffee (one cup per day). The room was large and clean. The view outside the window was superb. Hotel location is very good, 10 minutes walk to Ziyang Street, 15 minutes walk to Renmin Road Seafood Street, free parking next to the hotel, very convenient, very good hotel is recommended. (I didn't take the photo of the room interior, basically no difference from the pictures on the booking website)

LLetlanangThe stay was absolutely worth the money spent. The hotel is very clean, in a quiet peaceful place with a very beautiful view. The staff is very respectful, helpful and communicative. It’s a good hotel if you want to stay for business, relaxation, time alone or time with a loved one.
We definitely will be going back for another stay and would absolutely recommend.
