FflyinglinlinThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The service was exquisite. Before I even left Zhoushan, they contacted me via WeChat to inquire about my estimated arrival time and turned on the air conditioning in advance. Upon arrival, since cars couldn't be driven to the entrance, the butler and his assistant were waiting at the alleyway entrance, creating a feeling of welcoming guests home. The room was tastefully decorated, and entering the courtyard instantly calmed my restless heart. Located next to the famous Ziyang Ancient Street, the guesthouse is a perfect oasis of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle. The ”cat butler's” calm demeanor was infectious, making me passively quiet down. I couldn't help but fall in love with this place and with Linhai. The butler and his assistant's tone of voice was also very calming. I highly recommend staying for a few days; it's a true cultivation of one's character.

The room is equipped with high-quality bedding and high-end toiletries to ensure that guests can enjoy a comfortable sleeping experience. The homestay is very close to the scenic area, which is convenient for tourists to travel. The housekeeper service is warm and thoughtful, and the room is well-equipped and clean. Watch the sunset over the sea of clouds, taste Hangzhou delicacies, and enjoy the shining stars. All the beauty is just right.
At night, the surroundings are quiet. Only the sound of the wind blowing from the distant valley and the cicadas in the fields can be heard. Before you know it, your heart has completely calmed down, forgetting the hustle and bustle of the city and the troubles of the world.

GGuest UserThis is a new hotel within walking distance of the great wall and food street. Around the corner there are tons of eateries, you won't have trouble finding dinner here.
Check-in was smooth and the rooms are brand new and super clean. This hotel had the best breakfast I had during my 2-week trip in China. Great coffee, and it included local dishes and snacks (the seaweed filled cookies are so good!).
Staff was attentive, and would help you whenever they can, and you get a small token of appreciation during checkout (cookies!)
I wish I had a bit more time in Linhai, and this hotel was part of the reason!

GGuest UserBefore going to Linhai, I hesitated for a long time whether to stay in a homestay or a hotel. Finally, I proved that it was very correct to choose Kaiyuan Mingting Hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming. There was free fruit to the room every day. The lobby bar had free coffee (one cup per day). The room was large and clean. The view outside the window was superb. Hotel location is very good, 10 minutes walk to Ziyang Street, 15 minutes walk to Renmin Road Seafood Street, free parking next to the hotel, very convenient, very good hotel is recommended. (I didn't take the photo of the room interior, basically no difference from the pictures on the booking website)

AAnonymous User記的上次住維也納酒店還是幾個月前路過杭州臨時住了一晚，這次來邊出差公幹，順便帶家人一起來臨海遊玩一下，爬一下不一樣的長城，吃不一樣的小吃，千年台州府，滿街文化人，一切都挺好的；上次住維也納就感覺這恆温的水強力的水壓，讓我很暢快的洗了個澡，今天這家店果然還是一樣，痛快啊！新開店，看着就好，大堂很大乾乾淨淨，健身洗衣在一起，適當放鬆一下，衣服也就洗好了，設計的很合理；這邊早餐挺精緻的，品種還可以，個人主推當地特色現煮麪條一碗加上烤香腸（建議選擇烤裂開的更香），泡的酸蘿蔔真是絕絕子 爽口；這邊離景點也近，停車場有快充，打個車去景點，不用走回頭路，玩的那算那，臨海環境整體不錯，這次事也辦了，風景也感受了，同時也感謝一下酒店前台小姐姐，服務很好，對周邊玩的、吃的介紹的很仔細，下次有機會再來一次，爭取多玩幾天。
