Between Google and Trip.com, I ended up booking this hotel by mistake since there is another one in Lisbon with the same name. I called to cancel, even though it was a no-cancellation policy, I called to deny the reservation whether they would refund my money or not because I was not going to Colombia when I was in Lisbon and I tried to make it quite clear because I made the request by mail and by phone . They told me that they would manage it and the next news is that they call me at 10 at night to tell me that I can go to the hotel if I want because they have not been able to cancel it. I do not understand if they have not read the mail in depth but it seems that nobody here has tried. Then the call had to be with a telephone operator in English and it was at a totally legitimate time, trip.com will have Latin operators with part-time hours or something because I ended up calling with an English woman. I have no idea about the hotel because I have not been to Colombia. I am attaching at least a photo of a house that seemed curious to me in Lisbon
