"The hotel lobby is very grand, and the background painting has a strong local character, which is quite impressive. The room we were assigned had a very open view; although it faced a road, the soundproofing was still good. When checking in, the lady at the front desk gave us a complimentary room upgrade and reminded us that it was going to rain that day, advising us to take an umbrella. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Even though the hotel is ten years old, the facilities are still quite new. The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, and they even have Luosifen (snail noodles)! The staff were also excellent, promptly helping to change our plates. We also received a welcome fruit tea, which tasted great!"

"There is no saying of ”Xingzhengqing” at home during the Qingming Festival. I plan to come to Liuzhou with my children to eat, drink and relax during the 3-day holiday. We are traveling by car, so free parking is the first choice. Secondly, we require a twin bed room of more than 1.35 meters to meet our basic check-in requirements (a family of four). At that time, I looked at hotels for several days, and finally gave up the well-known chain hotel and chose Zhaosheng. My experience after checking in is: I will still choose here when I come to Liuzhou again! If there is another hotel named Zhaosheng in the future, I will also choose it first! Driving into the hotel from the road, the road is super wide, and the point is that such a wide road is not all used for parking. The lobby is divided on the left and right, with the front desk on one side and the convenience store and coffee on the other side. The attitude of the lobby front desk is also very good, and the check-in process is fast and good. Proactively inform in advance that takeout cannot be delivered to the floor, and there is a special takeout table for delivery, and the location is clearly pointed out. Actively ask if we have a car, and offer to help enter the license plate, and you can enter and exit unlimitedly by yourself before checking out. The room is much bigger than other hotels of the same price. The shower and toilet are separated and big! The most important thing is that it is clean. On the second night of our stay, the TV suddenly stopped working. The customer service lady solved the problem quickly and accurately. She told us that it might be caused by the wifi reception. We restarted it and it was fixed immediately. After leaving the hotel, we found that we forgot to take a towel left in the closet. We called the front desk and they replied to me in less than 5 minutes and immediately arranged for SF Express to send it back. It is not a traditional big-name five-star hotel, but it is really run with great care. It is better than some hotels under the five-star flag. It is definitely the best value for money. (It seems that there is no subway in Liuzhou? If it is not convenient to drive by yourself, I am not sure. Driving by yourself is highly recommended. It is not far from Mixc and Wanda. You can order takeout from many well-known brands to the hotel!)"

"The view from the room was great! The service staff was also very nice! The staff who came to help adjust the TV saw that we had children, and brought us water when they came up to change the remote control, saying that we would use more water with children. The cleaning staff brought a cute balloon for our child, and said that if we didn't mind, we could give it to the child to play with. It belonged to the child of another guest who checked out, and she couldn't bear to puncture it, so she asked my child if he wanted to play with it. Very humane! My mother commented on the people of Liuzhou: kind and hardworking. The taxi drivers were also very nice!"

"This hotel has the best service I’ve seen at a hotel so far. Everything was on point. The moment we got out of the taxi, the bellhop carried our bags inside. While checking in, we were given some water and a map with a quick run down of tourist attractions in Liuzhouz. We were allowed to check in early and even got a room upgrade. Laundry facilities were convenient and the staff helped us do our laundry. Once done, they even folded the laundry for us. Our laundry took extra long, and the staff were willing to do our laundry for us, fold it, and then deliver it to our stored luggage. The service was impeccable, and I’m very surprised that a random hotel in Liuzhou, China rivals the Ritz & Mandarin Oriental in service. However, there were a few items of improvement. The “gym” is in an abandoned floor basically which is very odd and weird. I only know this as I had to transit via the floors through the stairs to get to the laundry (18F) from our room (16F) as the hotel only has 2 elevators which are slow and constantly full of people. Our room upgrade wasn’t that much of an upgrade and arguably it was a downgrade. Granted, it allowed us to check in early, but still. The room we were upgraded to was the “Smart Room” but that’s about 100 sqm smaller than the room we booked and is only an upgrade of $2. In my opinion, the bigger room should the better one. The couch was as comfortable as sitting on a piece of granite. It wasn’t very comfortable. I would stay here again for the service and hospitality alone. 9/10."

"The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor. The front desk staff are warm and generous. I didn't have lunch because I was in a hurry. I was tired and hungry at 14:00. Fortunately, the eight-treasure porridge in the hotel's ice box helped a lot. I felt much more comfortable after drinking a can. The room was overall clean and tidy, and the configuration was reasonable."

"This hotel is in the heart of the nicest area in Liuzhou. The square is within 1 minutes walking where there are shops, McDonald's, Starbucks etc with so many small stalls selling food, especially at night where it comes alive. Right next to the river where you can see all the lights at night and take a boat ride. Traffic in this area can be difficult so be patient but it's worth it. This hotel has a very good breakfast buffet in the morning and there is a spa for massage, facial etc on the 12th floor plus business meeting rooms and a rotating restaurant on the top floor. The room I had was spotless clean and very big. No smoke smell (which is common in China) and plenty of towels, a Western shower, very nice. The old bad thing to say is the bed is like a rock but harder! Absolutely no padding. The floor would be more comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch the 2nd night. Overall a great place and super nice staff."

"If you're visiting Liuzhou, you must stay at this hotel‼️ 1️⃣Room 🛏️- The reason we booked this hotel was to get a river view 🏙️ and our room did not disappoint! Especially at night time around 7:30pm when all the lights turn on the city the view is beautiful 🌆🌉. You can even watch the music fountain show 🎵⛲ from your room! The room was very clean and odor-free. 2️⃣ Excellent Service 🛎️- The front staff and cleaning staff are very nice and helpful. We wanted to use their pickup service but could not arrange it as we did not have a local phone number. The front staff then offered to cover our Didi cost since they could not arrange the pick up. Since our stay was in April, the bauhinia flowers were in bloom🌸. The hotel has a nice brochure recommending the best viewing spots 🌸 and restaurants 🍜. Also when we were using the laundry service, the front staff kindly helped set the washer and dryer for me 🫧. 3️⃣Location 📍 - Walking distance to Ma'an shan Park 🏞️, Qingyun Market 🍜, 5 star pedestrian street 🍜. 12 min car ride to train station 🚄, short car ride to other Liuzhou attractions (eg. Longtan Park🏞️, Yaobu Ancient Town)"

"The hotel boasts a fantastic location, situated right next to the pedestrian street. Plus, there's a chain Luosifen (snail noodles) restaurant conveniently located right next door. Our twin room featured comfortable 1.35-meter beds, and breakfast was also provided. Complimentary parking in the underground garage below is for 20 hours only, but this was certainly sufficient for our needs. Liuhou Temple is also very close and easily accessible on foot."
