The facilities are comprehensive, with great attention to detail, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Meizhou!"

"This is a relatively new hotel in Meicheng, boasting modern facilities and a prime location right next to Wanda Plaza, within walking distance. The breakfast selection is extensive, offering a blend of Western and Chinese options. What's particularly noteworthy is that their pickled noodles have that classic, authentic flavor you'd find in a local eatery, making them genuinely enjoyable even for visitors from out of town. On the same floor as the restaurant, there's a laundry room and a fitness center. It's rare to see a gym that isn't just treadmills and ellipticals; this one also includes dumbbells and even a rowing machine. As a nice touch, members can enjoy a late check-out until 2 PM, which is very considerate."

"The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and the Hakka Museum. The overall environment is warm, quiet, and the rooms are spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The hotel is equipped with charging piles, which provides convenience for everyone's travel. Waiter No. 8 is very good."

"The room was spacious and clean. We are very happy with our stay, the only thing that could improve is that the room smelled a lot from cigarettes though we requested a non smoking room. But all the employees was very kind and made up for that. We especially wanna praise receptionist Zhou Li who works the afternoon shift. She went out of her way to help us and make us comfortable during our stay. She is very friendly and kind."

"The bathroom and toilet design is poorly thought out. It's an open-plan design, and the sink is too close to the bed, leading to splashing. Getting up at night is very noisy. The night light is too dim, but if you leave the main bathroom light on, it's too bright (the glass door lets light through, and it's not sealed at the top or bottom). The smart toilet's flush is incredibly loud and quite useless. The hotel's surroundings are quiet, but ironically, it's very noisy inside."

"Great location as it is near the walking street, convenient store opposite, and some shops around too. We booked 4 rooms on a non-smoking floor, however in 1 of the room- we found cigarette butts in the corner of the toilet upon check in. When we told the receptionist, he doesn’t seem to be apologetic to the situation. We asked for a room cleaning to be done after. The windows of all our rooms were not locked which was a little dangerous as we had a child with us, then we told them to have it locked up for safety purpose. Room wise- it is generally clean, tidy and sufficient. Doesn’t seem to be old room and room is big. Other than the cigarette incident, i think this place is Suitable for families to stay."

"Ideal location, bus stops are near the hotel , no noises even the hotel is in front the main road. There is a morning market opposite the hotel, 2 supermarkets and eateries. The front desk ladies and ladies taking care of rooms are helpful and wonderfully. Room is cleaned with 2 big netting windows. Highly recommended."

"As a third-generation Mauritian Chinese who has never set foot in China, I return to Meizhou with anxiety and anticipation, only to search for my grandfather's lost loved ones. Before checking into the Atour Hotel in Meizhou, language was my biggest concern, but the fluent English greeting from the front desk manager instantly dispelled my anxiety. At the beginning of my stay, I felt the warmth of home. At midnight snack, the restaurant learned that my trip was a journey to find my roots, and specially prepared authentic Meizhou pickled noodles and Sanji soup. The familiar and unfamiliar flavor of my hometown bloomed on my tongue, as if awakening memories deep in my blood. The attention to detail of the housekeeping lady was even more touching. While doing laundry, she noticed that one button was missing from my clothes. Not only did she silently find a matching one to sew, but she also left a playful and warm note apologizing for her ”reckless” behavior. What impressed me the most was their unwavering support on my journey to find my family. Faced with the dilemma of my grandfather's old address disappearing due to the changing times, I am helpless, and without a mainland phone number, I cannot use ride hailing apps, making it difficult to travel. Just when I was at a loss, the security manager took the initiative to lend a helping hand and offered to personally drive me to the police station during his off work hours to search for clues; The front desk manager also expressed without hesitation his willingness to serve as a translator throughout the entire process. From patiently reviewing files at the police station to enthusiastically inquiring door-to-door at the neighborhood committee, they tirelessly accompanied and guided me. This unreserved enthusiasm ultimately paved the way to my loved ones - I successfully found the descendants of my grandfather and brothers! Blood and family ties cross mountains and seas, reuniting with time at this moment. This fulfillment cannot be separated from every angelic staff member of Meizhou Yaduo. And this emotion sublimated again upon leaving the hotel. The hotel specially prepared a large bag of carefully selected Meizhou specialties for me, and when it was handed to me, the sincere words' often come home and take a look 'instantly moistened my eyes. Their meticulous care, empathetic consideration, and selfless dedication not only illuminated my path of seeking roots, but also made me truly experience the sense of belonging to 'home'. Yaduo in Meizhou is not only a stopover on my journey, but also my eternal 'home' in Meizhou. Next time I come back, this will definitely be my top choice."
