"I planned a night trip to the Botanical Garden, so I booked this place. The town is not big and there are not many hotels to choose from. It is very convenient to drive by yourself. It has its own parking lot. When I checked in in the evening, the thin girl at the front desk ignored me and refused to answer any questions I asked. When I checked out in the morning, the fat girl at the front desk was very happy and enthusiastic. I gave this fat girl good reviews. The room is clean, not very big, but the bedding is very comfortable, and the cleaning lady is very prompt and responsive. The buffet breakfast is enough for 20 people. There is no view outside the balcony window, and there is still a factory downstairs, which always makes noises, but it is relatively quiet later in the evening. Dianping said that Thai food can be eaten at a nearby restaurant with a relatively high rating. It is delicious and not expensive. Overall satisfied."

"We had a special offer room right by the elevator, but we really loved it. The tatami room was a little small, but the kids loved it. Xiaodu Xiaodu smart voice-activated windows, air conditioning, and light switches, and the projector was a delight for watching TV. The bathroom, though a little cramped, was clean and pleasant. There was a subtle fragrance upon entering, and they later added aromatherapy diffusers hidden in the corner. The attention to detail was spotless. My only regret was that there was no place to dry clothes despite the bright sunshine on the windowsill. The clothes hanging area in the entrance area was also air-conditioned, but I loved it. I'd definitely stay again if I had the chance."

"The most surprising experience of this trip to Mengla was the Levande Hotel! It's right near the Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and only a 20-minute drive to the Wangtianshu Scenic Area (the front desk lady was so kind to let me know there's a weekend market going on there—you can ride a shared electric bus to experience the unique local night market life). You can even see Dai villages along the way. The location is perfect! Another comfort and convenience feature is the hotel's free pick-up service (because it was already past 7 p.m. and I hadn't realized how hard it was to get a taxi. After waiting for half an hour with no one to respond, I realized the hotel offered a pick-up service and quickly contacted the hotel through the booking process. The driver was incredibly friendly!) The hotel room was even bigger than I expected! Over 30 square meters was plenty comfortable! The tropical decor, large windows, and cleanliness were topped off! The disposable bath towels were especially impressive: individually sealed, thick, and lint-free. Upon opening, we found a thick, non-woven fabric that's highly absorbent and lint-free (a reassuring thought for those of us who are particular about hygiene and attention to detail)."

"The cabins were so beautiful, it was just like what I dreamed of! However, the entire hotel complex was lacking in activities and looked neglected. I thought a resort hotel would be a place where I could explore and have fun. But I was wrong. There was practically nowhere to go. The hotel staff were all indifferent and unhelpful. When the children went on the aerial adventure, the person in charge was even worse. When the children ran into difficulties and wanted him to help, he said there was nothing he could do. He then went on to rant about things that had nothing to do with us: ”You guys won't listen to me, you won't listen to what I say, you're definitely not going to make it.” Such infuriating and inexplicable remarks were extremely inexplicable."
