GGuest UserI was too busy a few days ago and didn't have time to give a good review. I originally booked the one next to them, but when I arrived I found this store. I casually looked at the lobby at the door and decisively chose this one. Fortunately, I was not disappointed. Their hygiene is very clean, and the supplies they provide are of high quality. Even the paper is heart-to-heart. Generally, only star-rated hotels will control these details. It is really good and cost-effective. I will stay in this store often in the future

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Nanla New District, very close to Mengla County. It is very convenient to drive. The parking downstairs of the hotel is particularly convenient and safe. Newly opened, all solid wood decoration is tasteless. The bathroom with separate wet and dry areas is very good and the toiletries are of high quality. The front desk service is warm and patient, with a very good attitude. The breakfast is also very good, with a variety of styles and fruits. The elevator is convenient and fast to go up and downstairs. Highly recommended to stay!

GGuest UserThis hotel was amazing. It’s only a year old but the amenities look like it’s brand new and inside of the room seems no different from a five-star. The only thing missing was a bathroom scale. Nice courtyard pool below just big enough to do some short laps and a kilometer from the night market. Interesting little area and they have street side eatery outside with a good view. The best part though is the manager Mr. Wu was exceptionally helpful. When he saw me arriving by bicycle, he did everything he could to make my stay more pleasant and even offered to go the extra mile with extra service and help. An unbelievable bargain, and a nice end to my journey.

The back exit is just a 2-minute walk to the west gate of the Botanical Garden, making late-night rainforest tours and early morning sightseeing super convenient, saving you the hassle of traveling far. The photography session, complete with outfits and makeup, was fantastic; the photographer was great at guiding the kids, and the photos turned out amazing. If you're comparing it to InterContinental for photos, I highly recommend choosing this place for your photo shoot.
The SPA was incredible and incredibly therapeutic. The room facilities are well-maintained, the butler service is responsive, and the buggy service is available on demand. The tranquil resort atmosphere and easy access to attractions, whether for relaxing or taking photos, make it well worth a dedicated trip.

__WeChat254341****This time I came to Mengla except for Manlongle, the hotel gave us a second surprise. The hotel has a very good pick-up service. The proprietress personally drove to pick it up. She called and said she was waiting for us outside as soon as she got off the train.
When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the boss saw that we took the children. I was afraid that the children would fall off at night and upgrade the room directly for us. The upgraded room has a small sofa, which just can prevent this risk. Thank you very much.
The hotel is very clean as a whole. The slippers are disinfected and packed in bags. There are also disposable slippers. The biggest highlight is that the whole hotel is a smart hotel. There is a projector on the whole wall for easy viewing. Smart switch lights, smart curtains, smart projection This price can really hang all hotels in Mengla. , cost-effective No1
Other hotels check out at 12 o'clock, here is 2 o'clock to check out, we took the children to Manlongle back and took a lunch break, too humane
I saw the hotel before and said that the manhole cover outside was too noisy. When I checked out, I asked the boss to live very quietly. I didn’t hear the sound of the manhole cover. The boss said that after seeing the customer’s feedback, they bought a rubber mat for the manhole cover.
The boss and the couple are in charge of running the hotel themselves. They do everything by themselves, paying special attention to user experience, and it is difficult to think about bad business.
The hotel also put aromatherapy in the toilet and elevator. It is the faint fragrance. We all took pictures and bought it online. Anyway, I am very satisfied with the 24 hours of staying. It is not a trust. You can rest assured. Thank you boss for giving us a good memory of this trip to Mengla! !

GGuest UserHighly recommend this treasure hotel in Yuelu, Mengla! The newly renovated room has a great texture, the facilities are brand new and odorless, and there is a sense of exquisiteness everywhere. The hygiene is particularly in place, the bedding is white and soft, the corners are spotless, and the living is particularly at ease. The most surprising thing is that there is a laundry service. The clothes on the journey are washed and dried in time, which is too convenient! The staff is warm and the check-in is efficient and fast. The overall stay experience far exceeds expectations, clean, comfortable and intimate, next time you come to Banyan Tree Mangla, the price is absolutely perfect.

DDengxuemanFirst off, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect; it's just a 5-6 minute walk from the North Gate.
Next, the front desk service was exceptional. Upon our arrival, the hotel owner personally helped us with our luggage, and the front desk staff were very professional. The check-in process was smooth and seamless.
The breakfast was quite good too. For a hotel located near the botanical garden, it offered a surprisingly substantial spread.
Finally, we mistakenly booked a room without a window. When we inquired about switching rooms, the hotel generously offered us a complimentary upgrade.
Overall, if you're planning a trip to the botanical garden and intend to stay overnight, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

GGuest UserThe room is quite big and clean, and the environment is good. Opposite is the garrison and next to the police station. The boss sleeps in the living room. He is very responsible and makes the guests feel safe. The boss personally picked up and dropped off guests at the station twice. Very enthusiastic. It is not easy for couples to open a store. I hope the platform will encourage them, give them more opportunities, and take care of them.
