GGuest UserI was too busy a few days ago and didn't have time to give a good review. I originally booked the one next to them, but when I arrived I found this store. I casually looked at the lobby at the door and decisively chose this one. Fortunately, I was not disappointed. Their hygiene is very clean, and the supplies they provide are of high quality. Even the paper is heart-to-heart. Generally, only star-rated hotels will control these details. It is really good and cost-effective. I will stay in this store often in the future

MM2hqoloiu****I rarely leave reviews, but the owner's service alone deserves five stars. The hotel has convenient parking with charging stations right at the entrance, which is super handy. The rooms are large and clean, and the breakfast features all local specialties, made by a local chef. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

TTakemeeverywhereIt was a perfect stop before passing the border of Lao. The employees are great and helpful. They could even provide us with some cash to be able to pay our visa at the border.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, they even made something special for us as they thought we don't like chinese breakfast.
The room was beautiful and very clean with a very nice view on a lushy green scenery. The bed was very confortable. They had already turn on the AC before we enter the room, that shows such a good service. There is a very good restauraurant ”Jinsong...” just 5 min walk on the main road.

Iifei88I saw many posts online saying that Anantara Xishuangbanna Resort was old and had unenthusiastic service, which made me a bit worried, but my actual stay was fantastic! Although the rooms are a bit dated, you can tell the hotel has maintained them diligently. Moreover, the staff's service was excellent and very warm; they would proactively greet you and help with your belongings. The wait time for the shuttle buggies was short, usually arriving within 2-3 minutes after calling! The hotel is very close to the Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden. The hotel's shuttle can drop you off at the back entrance, and it's just a short walk from there. When visiting Xishuangbanna for a vacation, choosing a resort hotel is definitely the best option – it's quiet and has a great environment. I will definitely come back to Anantara on my next visit to Xishuangbanna!

GGuest UserThis stay experience is really full 💯! The room is clean and tidy, and the simple and warm style makes people feel relaxed as soon as they enter the door. The two beds are spacious and comfortable, with bright lighting, and the whole person is refreshed after waking up.
The configuration of the public area is also very intimate. The washing and drying machine in the laundry room solves the trouble of travel laundry. The tea area also has a variety of tea and health ingredients. It is pleasant and warm to cook a pot of hot tea in the morning.

When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the boss saw that we took the children. I was afraid that the children would fall off at night and upgrade the room directly for us. The upgraded room has a small sofa, which just can prevent this risk. Thank you very much.
The hotel is very clean as a whole. The slippers are disinfected and packed in bags. There are also disposable slippers. The biggest highlight is that the whole hotel is a smart hotel. I saw the hotel before and said that the manhole cover outside was too noisy. When I checked out, I asked the boss to live very quietly. I didn’t hear the sound of the manhole cover. The boss said that after seeing the customer’s feedback, they bought a rubber mat for the manhole cover.
The boss and the couple are in charge of running the hotel themselves. They do everything by themselves, paying special attention to user experience, and it is difficult to think about bad business.
The hotel also put aromatherapy in the toilet and elevator. It is the faint fragrance. We all took pictures and bought it online. Anyway, I am very satisfied with the 24 hours of staying. It is not a trust. You can rest assured. Thank you boss for giving us a good memory of this trip to Mengla! !

Next, the front desk service was exceptional. Upon our arrival, the hotel owner personally helped us with our luggage, and the front desk staff were very professional. The check-in process was smooth and seamless.
The breakfast was quite good too. For a hotel located near the botanical garden, it offered a surprisingly substantial spread.
Finally, we mistakenly booked a room without a window. When we inquired about switching rooms, the hotel generously offered us a complimentary upgrade.
Overall, if you're planning a trip to the botanical garden and intend to stay overnight, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

He is very responsible and makes the guests feel safe. The boss personally picked up and dropped off guests at the station twice. Very enthusiastic. It is not easy for couples to open a store.
