Our taxi ride from the station cost 80 yuan, but the return trip, following their advice, only cost 30 yuan. The food was the freshest local farm-style cuisine. Of all the places in Xishuangbanna, Wangtianshu was the most satisfying and highly recommended. My dad didn't even go to Wangtianshu the next day; he just enjoyed the view from the hotel. He also felt the trip was worthwhile.

Our accommodation was very close to the bus station, within walking distance, making it convenient to visit the Wangtianshu (Sky Tree) the next day. There were direct buses right outside the hotel, and the bus stop was downstairs – very convenient! The room was large and spacious, furnished with high-quality teak wood, and offered river views. We even saw a rainbow, which was beautiful. They also helped us with some mail delivery and maintenance. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning, which was promptly resolved. What we liked most was the self-service laundry service, which solved a big problem after we finished sightseeing and visited the Nanna River. We didn't encounter any pick-up or drop-off services during our two days there, probably because they weren't operating during their shifts. We hope the hotel can improve on this aspect. I went to Laos from Molin to stay there for one night. There was a lot of gray and the cups were gray. It smelled a bit when I went in, and the facilities were very general. I just stayed as a hotel and Molin was not a good hotel.

The hotel has its own small parking lot, there are not many parking spaces, but parking in the off-season is basically no problem. The location is not bad, there are big supermarkets, farmers' markets, Lao hot pot, glutinous rice breakfast shops a few hundred meters away.
