晴隱是山城，所以酒店是依山伴水而建在一個水庫邊，總體外在條件還好環境優雅，有寬大的停車場。 我們是外省團隊過來的，訂房之前就電話諮詢過酒店是沒有電梯的，因為有一半隊友是60-70多歲不方便提着行李廂上下台階所以不太想定房，酒店答應幫安排在一樓不用上下台階，所以我們提前半個月定房了16間房，入住酒店的頭天又電話聯絡確定過，事實是到酒店後被安排在負一樓和二樓（都要提着行李廂上下台階），説一樓安排別的客人入住滿了房。這樣太不守信用了。 酒店的負一樓其實也就是正常的地面一樓，窗外就是湖，但是因為酒店依山坡而建，酒店大堂所在的一樓相當於二樓了，給人的錯覺負一樓是地下室其實不是。領隊和隊友們解釋了好久終於安頓住下。房間設施中規中矩。 入住酒店吃飯不方便:定房之前也問過吃飯問題，告知我們酒店這裡有餐廳不需去縣城即可就餐，事實上是在隊友們不滿意的入住好酒店之後，去到餐廳卻是什麼菜都沒有了不再接待客人，客人們爬了台階（相當於上了3---5樓吧）上到餐廳沒有晚飯吃，然後要繼續沿着山坡路走去縣城街上才有吃的（走大約15-20分鐘）。 酒店早餐就在一樓，有粉有包點牛奶，還過得去。 後來第二天早上即退房離開時，酒店服務員也去到房間幫客人們拿行李廂到前台，算是彌補沒安排在一樓要上下台階吧。 總體入住體驗不佳，感覺酒店沒誠信。

房間面積不大，有陽台，入住感覺舒適，酒店旁邊有個大廣場，可惜入住太晚了，第二天一早又要趕行程，沒有過去逛一下。在酒店餐廳吃了晚飯，味道不錯，按照我們要求做了不辣的口味，有道菜上遲了，作為賠禮工作人員請小孩吃了冰淇淋。早餐款式不算多，但味道不錯
