晴隱是山城，所以酒店是依山伴水而建在一個水庫邊，總體外在條件還好環境優雅，有寬大的停車場。 我們是外省團隊過來的，訂房之前就電話諮詢過酒店是沒有電梯的，因為有一半隊友是60-70多歲不方便提着行李廂上下台階所以不太想定房，酒店答應幫安排在一樓不用上下台階，所以我們提前半個月定房了16間房，入住酒店的頭天又電話聯絡確定過，事實是到酒店後被安排在負一樓和二樓（都要提着行李廂上下台階），説一樓安排別的客人入住滿了房。這樣太不守信用了。 酒店的負一樓其實也就是正常的地面一樓，窗外就是湖，但是因為酒店依山坡而建，酒店大堂所在的一樓相當於二樓了，給人的錯覺負一樓是地下室其實不是。領隊和隊友們解釋了好久終於安頓住下。房間設施中規中矩。 入住酒店吃飯不方便:定房之前也問過吃飯問題，告知我們酒店這裡有餐廳不需去縣城即可就餐，事實上是在隊友們不滿意的入住好酒店之後，去到餐廳卻是什麼菜都沒有了不再接待客人，客人們爬了台階（相當於上了3---5樓吧）上到餐廳沒有晚飯吃，然後要繼續沿着山坡路走去縣城街上才有吃的（走大約15-20分鐘）。 酒店早餐就在一樓，有粉有包點牛奶，還過得去。 後來第二天早上即退房離開時，酒店服務員也去到房間幫客人們拿行李廂到前台，算是彌補沒安排在一樓要上下台階吧。 總體入住體驗不佳，感覺酒店沒誠信。

The hotel is in a new area. It should not have been opened for a few years. The whole area is not very popular. It takes to eat in the county seat one or two kilometers away, but fortunately it is quiet. There are indoor parking lots and roadside parking spaces, which are free. We were in bad luck when we stayed, and there were people shouting downstairs at two or three o'clock in the evening.

The check-in experience was very good, the service staff was warm and polite, and the room type was upgraded. The room was fully equipped, clean and tidy, the supplies were neatly arranged, and the stadium was visible.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom hot water system was not ideal, and the front desk clerk made suggestions, the hot water in the evening was significantly improved; the window was not closed well enough, a blind was missing, and the insulation effect was not good.

The front desk lady has a good service attitude, clean and hygienic,
