不知道為什麼給我們負一層的房間，被褥床單，潮潤不堪，我衹好用上自己的隔臟被套。室內裝飾設施老派破舊，櫃門要麼拉不動，要麼關不嚴，窗簾軌道不順滑，開一下窗簾，連窗簾軌道都一起掉下來了，差點砸着我的家人。店家非但不道歉，居然還要我們找人花錢修理！豈有此理！我們告知如此的話我們將提起投訴，店家立刻掛斷了電話。我們花錢就購買你這樣的服務嗎！ 其實酒店位置非常好，換一個管理方式，改一下服務理念，將是一個很不錯的酒店。
