"Friends, I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a hotel for my trip! The Days Hotel by Wyndham in Chuanzhusi, Songpan. I called the front desk in the morning before leaving Jiuzhaigou, and the person who answered had the sweetest voice, warmly telling us about the weather and temperature 🌡️. When we checked in, the young lady at the reception was incredibly welcoming and even gifted our group of 10 complimentary breakfasts – such a thoughtful gesture! 🥰 The hotel environment is fantastic, and the cleanliness is impeccable 🧹. We had dinner at the hotel in the evening, and the food was fresh and delicious. Breakfast was also super rich and varied. At check-out, they even gave us beautiful ******* gifts. I absolutely have to recommend this hotel to all my friends! 👏"

"My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here! Despite the city noise from a nearby construction site, the hotel itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It really exceeded our expectations and delivered on everything promised. We stayed in a beautiful suite on the 2nd floor with a cosy balcony that gave us plenty of privacy. On arrival, we were welcomed with afternoon tea and small snacks, which set the tone right away. The suite was sparkling clean — something very important to me — and even had a massive TV, perfect for winding down with a movie at night. Thoughtful touches like oxygen supplementation by the bed and an electric blanket for chilly nights made our stay extra comfortable. Honestly, we didn’t feel like we were missing anything. I personally loved the design of both the hotel and the room — it felt so warm and welcoming that I didn’t want to leave. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center of Songpan on a quieter street, just a few minutes’ walk to explore the whole town, grab coffee, or try local food. The staff were incredible — extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to our personal requests, even before our arrival. They really made us feel taken care of. Breakfast is a traditional Chinese-style one, with steamed buns, stir-fried veggies, eggs, and rice porridge. If that’s not your thing, there are plenty of nearby spots for coffee and other options. Overall, we left with the feeling that we had chosen the best hotel in town. I’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Songpan."

"This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is superb, making transportation incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming, handling check-in efficiently and thoughtfully providing information about the hotel facilities and local attractions. The room was spotless, with soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and dry, with plenty of hot water and high-quality toiletries. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients, with diverse Western and Chinese options. The common areas were tidy and elegant, and the gym and pool facilities were fully equipped. The service staff were always available when needed, truly reflecting a five-star standard in every aspect. I will definitely be back!"

"Our group of five families, totaling 12 people, was quite large. Xiao Zeng, from the hotel, not only contacted us in advance to provide directions but also upgraded some of our rooms for free, offered complimentary breakfast, and even helped arrange a car to the high-speed rail station. We're very grateful! The hotel is located right in Songpan Ancient City, which is a fantastic location, and the facilities are excellent."

"Opened in 2024, the hotel facilities are still quite new. They called in advance to ask about my arrival time and even upgraded my room type. The floor heating in the room wasn't very noticeable; I wonder if it will be warm enough when it gets really cold. There's an electric blanket on the bed, though. The breakfast has everything you need; I recommend choosing the double breakfast. The beef noodles were delicious. There's room for improvement in front desk service, but overall, it's a great value for money option."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean. They offer a complimentary pick-up service from the high-speed train station. The service was also fantastic; I accidentally left my pants at the hotel, and the staff were incredibly patient and helpful in retrieving them for me. The view from the window was lovely, and the room matched the pictures perfectly."

"I have to give this hotel's service a perfect score! I was a bit nervous about going out, but I felt warm and welcomed the moment I stepped in. The front desk lady had a wonderfully kind smile. Although the room wasn't huge, the attention to detail was exceptional. The biggest surprise was breakfast; while not extensive, every item was exquisite, and the freshly ground coffee was fantastic. They never bothered me excessively throughout my stay. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is close to the entrance of the ancient city, convenient for access and good hygiene. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room. The only thing is that the soundproofing is not very good. The door opening noise is loud when entering and exiting, and there are occasional noises downstairs. Disposable earplugs are provided in the room."

"The room is clean, cozy and warm. The view at the restaurant is stunning with snowy mountain at this time of the year. The manager and staff were so nice, especially.the manager, she took us out for dinner when we arrived and the restaurant at the hotel was almost closed. The hot water didn't take so long to be warm enough for shower. The location is great for Huanglong sightseeing but it may not be so convenient for restaurants of shop access."

"This is a lovely courtyard-style hotel, situated right inside the ancient town and conveniently next to the main square. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was decent. I particularly liked the decor, which featured strong ******* characteristics. The only hiccup was that the area outside the ancient town was undergoing renovations. We spent a long time driving around, and even after calling the hotel for directions, we struggled to find the entrance, eventually getting in after quite a detour. The hotel's name, 'Fifty-Six Rooms,' holds a dual meaning: it signifies that there are indeed fifty-six guest rooms, and it also beautifully represents China's fifty-six ethnic groups. For instance, the room I stayed in was themed after the Yugu (Yugur) ethnic group."
