GGuest UserMy stay at the Yala Snow Mountain Tibetan-style family room was fantastic! The 80-square-meter space was spacious and comfortable, with a wooden ceiling and warm-toned decor creating a cozy ******* atmosphere. The valley view was a highlight, with stunning scenery visible through the large windows. Special praise goes to the hotel's attention to detail: the welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the unforgettable ******* butter tea was rich and flavorful, showcasing authentic hospitality. Even though we arrived late, they provided a complimentary shuttle from the high-speed rail station and a traditional ******* khata (ceremonial scarf). The surrounding farmland and yaks were incredibly soothing. Milk wasn't available for breakfast on the first day, but it was provided on the second.
The hotel facilities were also excellent, and the bathtub in the room was perfect for relaxation. The wine cabinet in the public area was particularly impressive, with its elegant design and extensive selection of wines, reflecting the hotel's refined taste. The driver picked us up at 8 AM the next morning, dropped us off at the scenic area entrance to store our luggage, and then took us to the cable car station. It was incredibly thoughtful! One of the best places we stayed in China. Our room was genuinely unique: a spacious soaking tub set under a ceiling window, so we could watch the stars while taking a bath—pure magic.
The on-site restaurant downstairs served really good food, and each table sat beneath its own cozy yurt-style canopy, which made every meal feel private and atmospheric.
What truly set this place apart were the owners. They were endlessly patient communicating with us through a translation app, incredibly kind, and went above and beyond—driving us to nearby attractions and helping organize our onward transport.

DDaughterofEveLooking for a decently priced hotel and lovely service hotel close to Huanglong Station? This is it. Hotel is owned by a friendly family and they are very helpful. They cannot speak English but the daughter added me on WeChat to communicate about what I needed anything. She also guided me through the process of what to do to be able to watch English movies. The hotel is neat and clean, and facilities are decent. The bed is cozy and comfortable, with an electric blanket. I was invited for a hotpot dinner, though I wasn't able to go. I requested breakfast on the day I left and they were more than willing to accommodate me - the breakfast was delicious! Yummy noodles. The owner dropped me at the station in time. There are a few shops (supermarkets and restaurants) within walking distance from the hotel. There is a comfortable lounge area where free tea is available, and some snacks can be bought at reception. It has a nice view (especially if it's snowing). There's a river directly outside of the hotel that can be walked along. I also saw a park area. The hot water was a bit of problem, as it didn't warm up fast enough, then would suddenly go ice cold - so perhaps not great in winter. If this problem is fixed it would definitely be a good place to stay at to be closer to the station. Overall, the service and hospitality was great and I would definitely book this hotel again.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse was excellent! The owner was incredibly welcoming and warm. As soon as I called from the Huanglong Scenic Area, they immediately drove over to pick me up. The guesthouse environment is lovely inside, and I slept very comfortably. The next morning, even though breakfast hours were over, the proprietress still made me congee, eggs, and some side dishes – the shredded potatoes were especially delicious! After eating, she personally drove me back to the Huanglong Scenic Area. It was a very satisfying experience and offered incredible value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. I just forgot to take pictures!

GGuest UserThe room view was fantastic! 👍 The panorama was expansive, and in the morning, when I drew the curtains, sunlight streamed over the mountains opposite. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, it's definitely worth staying. A lovely lady picked me up from the train station, and the front desk staff were also very welcoming. Even without a car, there's no need to worry about transportation; the hotel arranges drivers for pick-ups and drop-offs. It's also very convenient for getting to Huanglong.

The water heater is very poor. It can only be heated for 10 minutes every half an hour. I have to wait 3 times to take a shower. Overall, it is freezing to death and the hot water is gone just after I warm it up.
Non-resident hair will be left on the bed. Call the boss to come. The boss seems to only focus on shirk responsibility and has no idea of helping the guests solve the problem.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient for transportation, making it easy to get to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong. The hotel owner is very warm and considerate. I had a wonderful stay this time. The most important thing is that the hotel environment is really great – first and foremost, it's clean and tidy. Plus, the view is fantastic. I just don't have the habit of taking photos on the fly; otherwise, I would have taken many pictures.
