GGuest UserMy stay at the Yala Snow Mountain Tibetan-style family room was fantastic! The 80-square-meter space was spacious and comfortable, with a wooden ceiling and warm-toned decor creating a cozy ******* atmosphere. The valley view was a highlight, with stunning scenery visible through the large windows. Special praise goes to the hotel's attention to detail: the welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the unforgettable ******* butter tea was rich and flavorful, showcasing authentic hospitality. Even though we arrived late, they provided a complimentary shuttle from the high-speed rail station and a traditional ******* khata (ceremonial scarf). The surrounding farmland and yaks were incredibly soothing. Milk wasn't available for breakfast on the first day, but it was provided on the second.
The hotel facilities were also excellent, and the bathtub in the room was perfect for relaxation. The wine cabinet in the public area was particularly impressive, with its elegant design and extensive selection of wines, reflecting the hotel's refined taste. One of the best places we stayed in China. Our room was genuinely unique: a spacious soaking tub set under a ceiling window, so we could watch the stars while taking a bath—pure magic.
The on-site restaurant downstairs served really good food, and each table sat beneath its own cozy yurt-style canopy, which made every meal feel private and atmospheric.
What truly set this place apart were the owners. They were endlessly patient communicating with us through a translation app, incredibly kind, and went above and beyond—driving us to nearby attractions and helping organize our onward transport.

This is a new-style hotel with a ******* and Qiang influence. The rooms are spacious, the bedding isn't flimsy and is comfortable to sleep on, and the facilities are new.

GGuest UserI fell in love with this B&B after searching on Xiaohongshu, and the reviews on Ctrip made it even more appealing. My friend and I are the type who prefer a relaxed, easy-going travel style, so we love places with scenic views from the windows, where we can easily take the kids to play in the snow, and where there's free transportation and good service. Although it didn't snow on the weekend we visited, and it was sunny and smoggy, the B&B's back hillside was shady, and the snow from the previous days was still there – more than enough! The owners were incredibly easygoing; they arranged for a driver to pick us up from the station early on. The driver was super helpful, even helping with the kids and luggage. Later, when we said we wanted to go for a walk, the owners suggested we drive our own car if we didn't want to wait for the driver. We ended up driving to the train station ourselves – it was so relaxing! My back didn't even hurt anymore after all that playing. I'll definitely come back next time!

GGuest UserThis guesthouse was excellent! The owner was incredibly welcoming and warm. As soon as I called from the Huanglong Scenic Area, they immediately drove over to pick me up. The guesthouse environment is lovely inside, and I slept very comfortably. The next morning, even though breakfast hours were over, the proprietress still made me congee, eggs, and some side dishes – the shredded potatoes were especially delicious! After eating, she personally drove me back to the Huanglong Scenic Area. It was a very satisfying experience and offered incredible value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. I just forgot to take pictures!

A river ran in front of the hotel, separated by a road; parking was convenient. However, on a December morning, we found our car windows covered in ice. The owner kindly poured a basin of hot water on them, and the ice melted instantly. The town is small, and there are many small restaurants near the hotel.

We had a fabulous stay at Ozz Nice 4. After returning from Jiuzhaigou by bus, Bella personally came to pick us up from the drop-off point — and from that moment, she looked after us through our entire stay. She recommended a wonderful barbecue place for dinner, dropped us there herself, and even arranged for our luggage to be delivered to the railway station on our departure day so we could enjoy sightseeing without having to return to the hotel.
Although the hotel is a little out of the way, the seamless transportation made it feel effortless. The rooms were large, warm, and offered a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountain ranges. Breakfast was fully Chinese but tasty and filling.
Overall, a truly great stay with genuine effort put into service. The only area needing improvement is the shower plumbing, which could use some attention.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.

6. I think this is for Chinese people only. Foreign lodging registration is not automatic. Please visit the police station next to you at the high-speed rail station and take care of it yourself.

I paid 20 yuan for a taxi from the bus stop to my accommodation. I took a taxi from here three times, but no taxi was priced for mileage. You should bargain well.
2. There is a convenience store in the waiting room of the high-speed rail station that sells instant food, the air is warm, and you can charge your phone. If you have nowhere to go, you can spend time here. (We also had breakfast here and charged our phones for four hours.)
