Inns in Songpan

"This is the most surprising hotel among the 6 hotels we stayed in during this trip. The innkeeper and his wife should be Tibetans. Their home is decorated in ******* style and has very famous ethnic characteristics. You can see the White Pagoda in the square from the window of the innkeeper's house. The view from the window of the hall is even more beautiful. It is very peaceful and beautiful. The accommodation room is also very clean. What I like and thank the most is that the innkeeper and the proprietress (a charitable ******* aunt) also live here. I saw that she has a place to wash and dry clothes in the yard. As a group of four of us, we have been playing for three or four days and have a pile of dirty clothes. We are really worried about where to put the clothes. There was no place to dry the clothes, so after talking to the aunt, she told me that I could wash them at her house. She also gave me a washing machine with detergent and asked me to wash and dehydrate all the clothes for four people for three or four days. I really washed a full bucket and gave the aunt nearly 20 clothes hangers and trouser racks. When I left the next day, the clothes were basically dry. It was really a very good ”home” on the trip. The uncle who owned the inn had to go to Gansu to pick up his daughter-in-law the next day and left early in the morning. He then asked his good friend to take us to the high-speed rail station, which was very touching because we were leaving early. The aunt saw that we were with two children and let us drink the millet porridge she cooked. It was so delicious. I have written so much, but it cannot fully express our satisfaction and surprise in this small inn during this trip. I really want to have the opportunity to live here for a month and enjoy this peaceful ******* life."
