"Came to Huanglong before the May Day holiday to avoid the crowds. This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were new, and it even had oxygen supply equipment. The breakfast was also very generous, completely exceeding my expectations. A special shout-out to the front desk lady and the security guard uncle, they were both incredibly warm and attentive."

"I really wanted to give a good review, but after much hesitation, I decided to be honest. As soon as I entered the room, I found a slipper behind the door, which shows the cleaning wasn't very thorough. The wooden trim by the bed was broken (see picture), exposing a nail, and I scraped my calf when I walked past it. I told the front desk staff, and they said they'd send someone to fix it, but they didn't show any concern for my injury. The wound got a bit inflamed, which inconvenienced my subsequent travel. I just hope they actually fix it so the next guest doesn't get hurt. The LED strip light by the bed had also fallen off. Overall, it feels like the hotel isn't very well-maintained, and the price of over 700 yuan per night doesn't quite match the service; it's a bit too high."

"This feels like one of the best hotels in town. The room environment was generally satisfactory – clean and tidy, and the underfloor heating worked very well. The water pressure for the shower was a bit unstable. Due to the high altitude, I didn't sleep well and could hear noise from outside in the middle of the night. The front desk service was enthusiastic and even offered complimentary breakfast. The breakfast dining environment was quite average; it was just enough to fill up before heading out. The roads around the town are currently under construction, making them muddy. Overall, if you absolutely have to pass through Chuanzhusi, this hotel is a good option for a brief stopover. It offers good value for money."

The housekeeper added me on WeChat a day in advance to send the location and helpful tips. You need to book in advance, and the housekeeper will pick up your luggage and take it directly to the hotel."

"想來川西很久了，看到這家關注了很久的野奢帳篷酒店開業，找了一個週末果斷出發了。
先説説服務吧，下預訂了當天就有酒店專屬我的管家聯繫我，為安排接下來的一切行程，人還沒到酒店，服務已經到位了！表揚👍
帳篷就是用的頂級高端品牌，內部設施也是非常的貼心！地暖、空調、電熱毯等等一應俱全，根據個人習慣去調節，住起來特別舒服啊。住過很多酒店，他們家的床墊睡起來絕對可以排前三了，衞浴用起來也是舒服的。
酒店活動也很豐富，嚮導帶我們去了七藏溝徒步紅星海子，風景真的太美了。如果不想徒步酒店裡也有豐富體驗，可以體驗畫唐卡、製作藏香。還可以在酒店周邊挖蟲草！！酒店小姐姐非常有經驗，耐心告訴我該怎麼找蟲草。把自己完完全全交給大自然，探索自然的感覺太棒了。酒店生態特別好，運氣好可以偶遇梅花鹿和高原雪兔！
最後誇誇酒店的餐飲，既有暖乎乎的湯鍋、也有也有西餐菜系，當然開胃下飯菜也是必不可少，都很好吃，出餐水準是在線的，早餐選擇也很豐富，特別推薦土生烏雞米線和黑松露牛油果三明治。
給力的酒店、完美的旅程，準備下次再來看雪山。"

"First off, it's not perfect. 1. The soundproofing isn't great; you can hear noise from outside and the rain. 2. The showerhead doesn't mix hot and cold water very well. Overall, things are quite new and it looks pretty clean. There's a simple breakfast and a shuttle service to/from the station. Most importantly, for just over a hundred yuan, it offers really good value for money."

"Our stay here was fantastic. We were picked up at the station and assisted with our luggage upon arrival at the hotel. They also arranged a private car for our trip to Jiuzhaigou and dropped us off at the station when we left. The overall service was exceptional, and our room was both unique and very comfortable. To top it all off, my child accidentally left their small bag at the hotel, and the staff promptly arranged for someone to deliver it to us. This level of attentiveness was truly impressive. I'll definitely be recommending this place to friends!"

GGuest UserMy stay at the Yala Snow Mountain Tibetan-style family room was fantastic! The 80-square-meter space was spacious and comfortable, with a wooden ceiling and warm-toned decor creating a cozy ******* atmosphere. The valley view was a highlight, with stunning scenery visible through the large windows. Special praise goes to the hotel's attention to detail: the welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the unforgettable ******* butter tea was rich and flavorful, showcasing authentic hospitality. Even though we arrived late, they provided a complimentary shuttle from the high-speed rail station and a traditional ******* khata (ceremonial scarf). The surrounding farmland and yaks were incredibly soothing. Milk wasn't available for breakfast on the first day, but it was provided on the second.
The hotel facilities were also excellent, and the bathtub in the room was perfect for relaxation. The wine cabinet in the public area was particularly impressive, with its elegant design and extensive selection of wines, reflecting the hotel's refined taste. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all satisfactory, making it a perfect stay. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking unique and high-quality accommodations! It's exactly as pictured in the promotional materials.

The room was HUGE and spacious everything is so new, clean and tidy. (I loved loved the heated floor!)
The view from the room was breathtaking - especially in the morning.
If you are staying here definitely have your meals here. They use all local produce which was so fresh and tasty.
We had lunch and dinner here.
The owners are very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful that they accommodated all our needs.
Bonus is you can see the wild animals including long hair mountain cows and horses.

GGuest UserI fell in love with this B&B after searching on Xiaohongshu, and the reviews on Ctrip made it even more appealing. My friend and I are the type who prefer a relaxed, easy-going travel style, so we love places with scenic views from the windows, where we can easily take the kids to play in the snow, and where there's free transportation and good service. Although it didn't snow on the weekend we visited, and it was sunny and smoggy, the B&B's back hillside was shady, and the snow from the previous days was still there – more than enough! The owners were incredibly easygoing; they arranged for a driver to pick us up from the station early on. The driver was super helpful, even helping with the kids and luggage. Later, when we said we wanted to go for a walk, the owners suggested we drive our own car if we didn't want to wait for the driver. We ended up driving to the train station ourselves – it was so relaxing! My back didn't even hurt anymore after all that playing. I'll definitely come back next time!

GGuest UserThis guesthouse was excellent! The owner was incredibly welcoming and warm. As soon as I called from the Huanglong Scenic Area, they immediately drove over to pick me up. The guesthouse environment is lovely inside, and I slept very comfortably. The next morning, even though breakfast hours were over, the proprietress still made me congee, eggs, and some side dishes – the shredded potatoes were especially delicious! After eating, she personally drove me back to the Huanglong Scenic Area. It was a very satisfying experience and offered incredible value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. I just forgot to take pictures!

My friend wasn't feeling well due to a cold and altitude sickness and couldn't find ginger, so the front desk went out in the middle of the night to get some ginger slices for her. They also provided a complimentary breakfast. It's excellent value for money and definitely the best choice for accommodation in Chuanzhusi.

DDaughterofEveLooking for a decently priced hotel and lovely service hotel close to Huanglong Station? This is it. Hotel is owned by a friendly family and they are very helpful. They cannot speak English but the daughter added me on WeChat to communicate about what I needed anything. She also guided me through the process of what to do to be able to watch English movies. The hotel is neat and clean, and facilities are decent. The bed is cozy and comfortable, with an electric blanket. I was invited for a hotpot dinner, though I wasn't able to go. I requested breakfast on the day I left and they were more than willing to accommodate me - the breakfast was delicious! Yummy noodles. The owner dropped me at the station in time. There are a few shops (supermarkets and restaurants) within walking distance from the hotel. There is a comfortable lounge area where free tea is available, and some snacks can be bought at reception. It has a nice view (especially if it's snowing). There's a river directly outside of the hotel that can be walked along. I also saw a park area. The hot water was a bit of problem, as it didn't warm up fast enough, then would suddenly go ice cold - so perhaps not great in winter. If this problem is fixed it would definitely be a good place to stay at to be closer to the station. Overall, the service and hospitality was great and I would definitely book this hotel again.

AAnonymous UserThe room is clean, cozy and warm. The view at the restaurant is stunning with snowy mountain at this time of the year. The manager and staff were so nice, especially.the manager, she took us out for dinner when we arrived and the restaurant at the hotel was almost closed. The hot water didn't take so long to be warm enough for shower. The location is great for Huanglong sightseeing but it may not be so convenient for restaurants of shop access.

GGuest UserI checked into this hotel at about the same time two years ago. My friend booked it for me and I had a good impression of it. This time I booked it on Ctrip. The breakfast was OK, with soy milk and milk tea. There weren't many varieties, but it was filling. I wasn't in a rush, so I staggered my meal time with the group tourists. It was OK. There were not enough toothbrushes in the room, so I called the front desk and asked them to go downstairs and get them. After I went downstairs, the lady in charge of the room was very apologetic and said that if I needed anything, I could just call and didn't have to come down to get it myself. She said the front desk was new and didn't know. In addition, the towels were a bit old. Parking was very convenient.

I had a wonderful stay this time. The most important thing is that the hotel environment is really great – first and foremost, it's clean and tidy. Plus, the view is fantastic. I just don't have the habit of taking photos on the fly; otherwise, I would have taken many pictures.
