"⛰️ 【位置】 襄陽市樊城區，距離過去最繁華的人民廣場很近， 從襄城區通過鳳雛大橋，過橋左手邊即到。 ㊙️ 這也算是我第一次到襄陽住宿的酒店🏨 不過，真心很難有太多的好感和正面評價。 👉 從酒店位置、大堂、房間裝飾風格來看， 這家酒店過去一定曾經輝煌過，過去這樣的歐式古典風格也曾經風靡一時，不過現在看起來確實“老氣”了， 這不是太大問題，最重要的是，走高端路線的酒店真心最多十年就是需要重新裝修的，否則內部問題太多。 ❤ 先説他家的優點吧！ 1️⃣ 位置是真的好！襄陽的主要景點都是集中在襄城區的古城江邊位置，這也導致襄城區位置好一些的酒店價格偏高，節假日還很難訂到。 而他家，距離必遊的襄陽古城（昭明台、管家巷），還有襄王府，甚至唐城影視基地都很近，其實也就隔了一座橋而已。去米公祠更近，1.8公里，沒事兒溜達着都能走過去。 而且，這裡是襄陽二三十年前最繁華的老城，前面200米就是人民廣場，購物、餐飲都特別方便，一眾網紅老店也都在附近。 2️⃣ 服務態度好！需要加的被子、枕頭，甚至需要更換房間，都很快辦理好。前台服務人員態度親切，反應也很敏捷，諮詢的問題立即就能給到迴應。 3️⃣ 國慶入住，房間裏還準備了零食和飲料的伴手禮，原本的茶葉和咖啡品質也不錯，尤其是紅茶，還是正山小種。 其他，基本沒了。。。。。。 💢 談到問題就確實太多了！ ① 酒店的隔音是重中之重，畢竟首先是需要休息！ 他家一邊是對接鳳雛大橋的立交和街道，另一邊是正在修建的大樓，噪音都不小，最離譜的是對着工地那邊，國慶的早上都還在施工🏗。當然，這不能説是酒店方的主觀問題，只是隔音玻璃效果不佳，畢竟是10多年前的材料了。 ② 房間太暗，太多異味（包括清洗地毯後的清洗劑味道）。 ③ 房間裏的沐浴設施、手龍頭、床墊使用效果都不是特別好，馬桶🚽還使用了智能沖洗設備，這點兒不錯。 ④ 空調實在不給力，這也是老酒店的通病了。最多能降温到25度左右，對於提供的被子厚度而言，這個温度明顯太高。 ⑤ 早餐真的衹能用“敷衍”來形容。所有的牛奶🥛、豆漿、冰紅茶等等，都恨不得沖淡到“讓你嚐個味兒”。 菜品少，牛肉麪也一般，煮牛肉麪的師傅還一臉嚴肅，感覺過節的加班費並不讓人滿意🤣 ⑥ 大堂裏國慶的促銷活動也讓人無語！ 原本孩子在等着辦理入住的過程中高興地參與，也抽到了一張“50元房費抵用券”，結果被告知衹能是7日之後使用，使用期限一個月內。這雖説比之前網絡上的“購買法拉利優惠1000元”的折扣券正常一些，但，明知道這階段大多數是遊客入住的前提下，這樣設定獎勵，其實就是在侮辱住客們的智力😂 ⑦ 最後是性價比！當然，看了看日常200-300之間的價格還算合理。 國慶期間漲價也能接受，只是這樣的房間一下子賣到700多就有些無語了。不能要求所有城市都像淄博那樣，市長直接下令節假日不允許漲價，但，這樣盲目的提價，衹能是毀壞掉對城市整體的印象。"
