Quanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.

The room was clean and tidy and very design. The space is large, the air conditioning is sufficient, the mattress and quilt are very comfortable, and the large TV viewing experience is good. The hotel is a single-family, parking is very convenient, and the overall environment is quiet and comfortable. Takeaway can be delivered to the door, and the beef noodles for breakfast are also very distinctive. It also sets a children's play area and book bar. There is no extra price increase on holidays. It is a good stay experience and the price is very high.

This hotel was recommended by a friend and I went there with the intention of giving it a try. The result was completely beyond my expectation. The front office service is very good. They will explain the details when checking in. When I need something, the response speed is very fast and the problem can be solved in basically 5 minutes. , the parking lot is free, and eating downstairs is also very convenient. When traveling as a family, a family room is a must. The front desk service is very friendly. Environment: The room is very large and spacious Facilities: The toilet design is very interesting, but the water temperature is not high and the shower is a bit cold. The lights are bright enough but I am afraid of a dark hotel. The breakfast was probably due to the National Day holiday. There were so many people and it was hard to find a location. It felt like there were several tour groups. There were many choices to eat, but there was nothing to eat. There were too many people.

The dryer in the laundry room was surprisingly bad. It showed a drying time of over two hours, but after that, it showed another hour or so. I set an alarm to go get the clothes in the early morning, only to find they were still more than 50 minutes away. The clothes were still wet, and the temperature inside was only around 40 degrees Celsius. No wonder it took so long to dry! The laundry room is also in a rather remote location and is small. Coupled with the recent continuous rainy weather in Xiangyang, the dryer's performance was truly disappointing. Upon check-in, the hotel didn't proactively provide slippers or a toothbrush for the child after registering their information. The bath mat next to the bathtub was wet and had some mold. The toilet flush was also very slow; after one flush, there was a long wait before you could flush again. The room provided by the hotel had a great view, but unfortunately, it was foggy. The hotel breakfast was mediocre and not up to par for the price. The location is excellent, though; there are shops and bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get to the ancient street, Gulongzhong, and Xiangyang East Railway Station. Hopefully, the laundry room equipment will be upgraded when I have the opportunity to stay there again.

When I was young, I lived in Xiangyang for a year, and from that year on, I, who never used to eat noodles, fell in love with them! I never expected to come back just to see Angela Chang! The concert was electric with thousands of people singing along! Her float performance showed how much she spoils her fans! After the concert, the crowd dispersed quickly, and all the staff did an excellent job! The hotel claims to be the tallest in Xiangyang, and it was indeed comfortable and clean. There were even welcome fruits, truly making me feel the warmth of the Xiangyang people! I left in a hurry this time, but I'll definitely be back! Honestly, the hotel breakfast was quite average, though everything else was excellent, there's still room for improvement. I hope Xiangyang continues to thrive! And Angela Chang too. I thought I might run into her at the hotel, but I missed her. No worries, we'll meet again if it's meant to be.

This hotel is located in a bustling downtown area, making dining and entertainment very convenient. The price is incredibly affordable and budget-friendly. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. Breakfast was also very good, and there's convenient parking right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!

The room facilities are all very new and the room area is also very large. I heard that it was just renovated before the New Year. It feels a bit like a creative homestay. I personally like the decoration style. The only thing is that the room still has a strong smell of logs. The two rooms I requested were not arranged next to each other in the end. The housekeeper Zhizhi has a good service attitude. The breakfast is good. There are afternoon tea snacks in each room. Overall, I am satisfied
