The overall environment of the hotel is superb, the lobby is elegant and clean, the rooms are spacious, bright and quiet, the details are well managed, and the living is particularly comfortable. The front desk service is intimate and efficient, the check-in and check-out process is smooth, the staff smiles and answers questions and actively recommends the surrounding guides, and the home away from home experience is full. The facilities are all available, the room bedding, bathroom texture is online, the fitness room, laundry room and other supporting facilities are also very complete, and the travel needs are fully met. The key point is to praise the pick-up station service, the reservation in advance is super convenient, the driver master is warm and thoughtful and also takes the initiative to carry luggage, the journey is super worry-free. GGuest UserI stayed in room 102. Even with the sunshade over the outdoor soaking tub fully open, it couldn't block the view from the second-floor windows.
I suggest hiring younger staff for the front desk (it seemed like both when I arrived and left, they were middle-aged). Younger staff might be more attentive and enthusiastic.
The water in the room was a bit inconvenient to drink.
I suggest placing a mat or towel near the outdoor soaking tub. This would prevent slipping and allow you to step on it before entering the room, otherwise the floor inside will be wet.
Everything else was great; the projector and shower facilities were excellent.
The lack of breakfast was definitely a drawback.
However, the fact that Lezhizhi has several branches in Xiangyang shows their quality. If the front desk service were even better, it would be perfect.

CChouKevinAs an old hotel guest, I went back to my hometown and saw the newly opened hotel for two days. Some advantages and disadvantages are shared with you.
1. The first socket next to the hair dryer is 110v. The next one is the 220v jack. I don’t pay attention to it. I didn’t pay attention to it when I went out in a hurry in the morning. I came back in the afternoon and asked the front desk to know. It is recommended to post a reminder card. But the next day I changed the room, the hair dryer was really bad...
2. As the best hotel in Yicheng, the only high-end four-star store, there is still a lot of room for improvement in hygiene.
3. The room did not see the shower slippers, it is not convenient to take a bath
4. There is no member on the TV. The hotel at this price is a bit unreasonable, but it is not used as a hard reference.
5. The decoration acceptance details need to be strengthened, and the color distribution of hidden line lights is not uniform.
Of course, there are also some places where the experience is not bad:
1. The front desk smile service is very good.
2. The air conditioner heats up quickly and the sound is not loud
3. The soundproofing of the room is OK, except for the sound of hitting the door nearby.
4. Parking is convenient, but the front desk does not take the initiative to remind the parking coupons. Both times, I have to drive after I go out and think of it before going back to scan.
In general, the general experience is OK, the details need to be strengthened, I hope it will get better and better!

The hotel also has a free, well-equipped gym. The front desk service was excellent; they were very welcoming. There was even a free wake-up call in the morning. The restaurant's breakfast was plentiful, including Xiangyang's specialty beef noodles with generous toppings. I would definitely stay here again.
