I brought my family to Jingbian and chose Qiuguo Hotel (Great Wall Road Branch). The overall experience exceeded expectations! When checking in, the front desk staff was very patient and took the initiative to prepare small snacks and warm water for the children. The details were very warm. The elegant twin room is spacious, the bedding is soft and clean, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are complete. There is no need to worry about hygiene. The room is well lit, sunny during the day, quiet at night, and the child sleeps very well. The hotel is clean and elegant, the public areas are very warmly furnished, and the corridors and elevators are spotless. The facilities are also in place, the air conditioning temperature is comfortable, the network is stable, and the hot water supply is sufficient to fully meet the needs of family travel. The surrounding transportation is convenient, eating and shopping is also convenient, it is very suitable for traveling with elderly children. The rooms are very spacious, very clean and looks exactly same as the booking. House keeping lady was very friendly all the staff are friendly and smart. The Managers are very attentive. Breakfast has good options and also they have some dinner bites included. Good value for Money.

the front desk worker was unmotivated and kinda rude, ignoring that my ID is not a passport and insisting i fill out a non suitable form instead of just scanning it. this person needs training,especially regards attitude. besides that this hotel is very good. the lady bringing me to the room was very helpful and nice, the room is very tidy, very big bathroom and all things work well. the location is very convenient, lots of restaurants and shops around. will come again for sure

The hotel boasts a prime location, less than 3 kilometers from The Wave. The rooms are clean, hygienic, and fully equipped. There's an on-site restaurant serving delicious and reasonably priced food. The owner is very friendly and can even offer discounts on attraction tickets.

Large room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was super. The hotel was busy and some guests very noisy until late into the night. It is a reasonable walk into the city for restaurants. Front desk staff very good.
