Absolutely amazing hotel experience. We have been travelling in China for 2 weeks now and this is the nicest hotel yet, and probably the nicest way hotel for the price we have ever stayed at - we are well travelled and have stayed in hotels all over the world and honestly, for the price, this might be the best. From the kind check-in at the beautiful lobby/ reception area, served with a smile and a cool drink, to the comfortable, clean and beautifully appointed room everything was great. I was particularly impressed with the laundry room - we have had laundry facilities at most of the hotel stays in China, but this was the most thoughtfully appointed laundry room/ laundry experience yet. Breakfast was great, lots of yummy options that pleased our western preferences. We are currently on an extended holiday driving our 4x4 vehicle from Mongolia to Europe, so we were pleased to find the great hotel parking. While out at the car we got to meet the gardener who was growing amazing vegetables in the back hotel garden, then he called over the Boss to meet us and he was the friendliest man and very interested to hear about our trip/ ask us about our truck. It was a lovely interaction and we felt so welcomed. I never really give reviews, purely out of laziness, but this one deserves it. 10 out of 10 experience.

It was a pleasantly surprising stay, and I was also very lucky, as the hotel had only been open for a little over a month. When booking, I was worried that the rooms might have a smell, but surprisingly, there was absolutely no odor, showing that the hotel had taken the renovations very seriously. The hotel smelled wonderful everywhere, even the hallways. The fact that there was no fragrance in the rooms proves that the hotel wasn't using scent to mask the renovation smells. 👍🏻 The front desk staff were very helpful and responsive. The hotel staff were all very friendly, no matter who I bumped into. 👍🏻 The only downside was the hotel breakfast. I missed it on the first day because I had to go out early, and I overslept on the second day. 😂 But the hotel receptionist said they had many local specialties for breakfast, so it was a pity. However, even with these disappointments, it's good to have a reason to stay again. Oh, and they even brought a fruit platter in the evening! I'm not sure if it's a special opening perk or a long-term hotel offer, but the fruit platter was very thoughtful. It wasn't just a perfunctory platter of tangerines and bananas; there was a good variety, including tangerines, small pears, jujubes, crisp grapes, Shine Muscat grapes, and cherry tomatoes, all of which were fresh and clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! 👍🏻

The overall stay experience was excellent. The room was cleaned very clean, the bedding was comfortable, the facilities were intact and complete, the front desk service was warm and courteous, the check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the demand could be responded in time. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are perfect. Very good value for money, the overall exceeded expectations, will choose here next time, highly recommended the Magician

This time I was on a business trip to Jingbian, and I was surprised to see a Hampton by Hilton there. I thought, 'Wow, this county is so developed that it even has a Hilton Hampton Hotel!' I decided to try it for one night, and it was really good. Both the service and breakfast were impeccable. I wouldn't say it's an amazing hotel, but for a county town, it's exceptionally well-done. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept incredibly soundly. There was plenty of hot water too. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and all the staff were gentle and polite. The public areas were clean and elegant, and the overall environment was quiet, not noisy, with good soundproofing. The attention to detail was excellent; hygiene, service, and comfort were all top-notch. It's great value for money and highly recommended!

From Jingbian to Wave Valley to play, live in Vienna International Hotel (Jingbian Store), the environment is unexpectedly good, the most comfortable and moving is the front desk clerk, the service is thoughtful, courteous and warm, the hotel is particularly new, the location is excellent, next time I go to play will choose to live here, and recommend friends.

Highly recommend this hotel! Must focus on the service level of the front desk team. The first time you enter the store, you will be greeted warmly, and the check-in process is smooth and fast. The front desk staff is professional and polite, the communication is full of affinity, and any needs will be actively responded. Because there are some temporary changes in travel, the front desk communicates and adjusts the needs, the staff is very reasonable, try their best to help coordinate, and the service attitude is online throughout the whole process. Take the initiative to remind all kinds of check-in instructions and provide practical local travel suggestions. Compared with many hotels' blunt assembly line services, the front desk here makes people feel very warm. The room environment is quiet and hygienic, with complete supporting facilities. Good front desk service directly raised the overall stay experience, and it is probably this feeling at home. The price is very high and it is worth staying again!

The hotel that often stays, the parking lot is also very large and there is an underground parking lot. It is more expensive to charge. It is especially convenient to eat around. The front desk service is warm and cleaned in time.
