評價特別好，慕名而來，來了發現也就那麼回事。
4個人，入住辦了20分鐘都沒辦利索，幸虧是度假，沒急事。 訂了3個房間，還都不在一起，房型不一樣不在一起就算了，一摸一樣的房型，給安排到兩棟樓，要多不方便有多不方便。
進了屋一堆蒼蠅，問有沒有蒼蠅拍，前台説沒有，再問蒼蠅怎麼辦，直接被無視了… 想來住的人自己帶個蒼蠅拍吧，或者你能用筷子夾住蒼蠅的話，帶雙筷子也行…
估計蚊子也不少，不過剛到這，蚊子還沒出洞，衹有大大小小的蒼蠅像轟炸機一樣。
房屋面積嚴重虛報，117平米的房間目測房間面積40-50平米，院子面積30平米… 不過確實是比城裡的酒店房間大。
另外空空一個院子、沒有桌子，沒有椅子，空空盪盪，這樣的院子也多收好幾十塊？
説好的湖景就衹能看到一堆難看的樹…
同行的姐姐説房間沒有杯子，就給2個一次性杯子，沒有茶和咖啡，自己帶了茶也沒杯子泡…
廁所的地沒擦，斑斑點點，讓人浮想聯翩… 沒有毛巾架，毛巾和洗澡換的衣服衹能放洗手枱上，但是洗手枱也不是很乾凈的樣子… 沒有洗澡用的拖鞋，需要光腳…
院子的地面沒人打掃過，散落着吃剩下的杏核和牆皮…
早餐50一份，連咖啡都不帶…
第一感覺就這些，我先抓蒼蠅去了…
2小時後…
本來不想説啥了，剛剛接到管家微信説明天早上4-8點停電，因為早上要一早出門趕路，沒有熱水沒有電超級不方便，管家的回覆是“抱歉，我們也沒辦法”，這態度真是絕了…
一個房間就給一張房卡，用電要插卡，兩個人住，不一起行動，超級不方便，想跟前台再要一張房卡，説要到晚上看看有沒有多餘的才能給，一個房間兩人住想兩張房卡不是標配嗎！？差評！表達強烈不滿後很不樂意的給了卡，我也很不爽，收了我500塊錢按金，要張房卡是過分要求嗎，這麼費勁…
總結一下感受：這家民宿看上去很好，拍出照片也很好（隨手拍了幾張，確實很好看），但是住起來沒有看上去那麼好，服務態度也是非常的不給力…

Booked this hotel due to VIP tianchi & free 3 hrs ski. However, we are still resolving an issue of refunding deposit. Deposit of 1300 was not claimed due to rushing of check out. It was a tricky refund and process is taking long due to cash was involved. Hope it can resolve soon. Overall, the welcoming and service is excellent. However, the hotel is abit inaccessible. This means it hard to get to town and food choices are limited unless u pay rmb 80 to town. 2 places to dine in hotel- level 1 skewer and steamboat buffet 188 per pax and level 2 korean food. Please dont dine at Korean restaurant. The food is expensive and not nice. The beef soup and meat doesn’t have any beef taste and waiter reply adding chili to spice the soup. This doesn’t mean any sende as the soup will taste chili instead of beef.

It is a little inconvenient to use a car, you need to charter a car or walk to the road outside to take a taxi, but this is a common problem in the entire Changbai Mountain tourist area. Service: A male staff member has a good service attitude. The problem of water leakage in the shower and toilet was handled in a timely manner, but there are also some shortcomings in the service. For example, I wanted to borrow an Apple charger and was told that it only has a type C port.

It was a very nice guest house, newly completed with high technology amenities. Every room is unique. The surroundings are also nice and it is very close to the Changbaishan national Park entrance. The owner is very friendly and helpful with all aspects of touring Changbaishan and nearby places.
It was very unfortunate that during the first night, there was no water supply, due to water repair work in the vicinity. But then a pipe at the site burst the following day and we have no choice but to leave. This was not the fault of the premise. Otherwise it is a very good place to stay.

I forgot to take pictures of the room. The boss is hospitable and considerate. I came alone to travel, and I could be picked up and dropped off at the station. Before coming, I was always worried that Tianchi would not be open. When the boss picked me up at the station, he said that I would definitely see Tianchi. As a result, Tianchi came. With the boss's auspicious words, I was lucky to arrive on the evening of the 6th and see it on the morning of the 7th. I wish the boss a prosperous business and a lot of money. Tiantian Hotel is worth your choice!

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

SSupapornWe travel by train from Baisan Station, take a taxi for 10 minutes, 20CHY. The resort is on the riverside. The rooms are new and clean. When you get there, you have to set the water heater to warm before taking a shower. They have a simple local breakfast. We stayed here for 2 nights. In the morning I had a sore throat and a cough. The host was very kind and helped take us to the drug store in town. In the morning we took us to rafting. In the afternoon there was a walk in the nearby Birch Forest. We returned in the morning. The host prepared a car to send us off. The host and staff were warm and very helpful. Although we cannot communicate in Chinese

The housekeeper contacted me very early to confirm the check-in, arranged a car to pick up and drop off at the station that day, and helped contact the tour group. The room was exactly as it was in the picture, clean and hygienic, and the bed was quite comfortable. I liked it very much. The bed is great, but the sleep is sound. There are small bars, cafes and observation decks around the B&B (the schisandra tea in the cafe is delicious), there are children's play facilities, and there is a former air-raid shelter next to it. The B&B is off-grid with red wall folk customs. The park is close, and there are cats and dogs. All in all, it’s very good~strongly beneficial~

GGuest UserVery convenient location if you would like to go to Changbaisan mountain. There is a bus stop very close by that will take you to the mountain. You have to purchase access/transportation to the mountain on WeChat so make sure to ask for help from locals if you are unsure of how to do that. The owner is a very kind and hospitable woman. As someone who cannot speak Chinese she graciously helped me with many things. She cooks delicious food as well, just make sure to talk with her about what you would like to eat. The room was clean but be aware that there is no air conditioning. I went in early summer and felt fine. There are options to warm the bed in case it gets cold. Overall, I was happy to stay here and I would highly recommend this place to others.

Restaurant: Breakfast is very ordinary and there is nothing to eat. We also had dinner in the hotel. The cold noodles are very good!
Hot spring: I like it very much. There are many indoor and outdoor pools. There are children's water parks in both areas. It is a unique experience if it snows in winter. After soaking in the hot spring, go to the second floor for steaming. There is a door that goes directly into the hotel restaurant.
The hotel is suitable for self-driving. There is nothing to eat around. If you come to Yanji and want to soak in hot springs, you must come here!

The hot springs here are also great. They are definitely not comparable to the hot springs on Changbai Mountain, but they are also very good~
There are large and small pools, open until 9:30 in the evening.
We came here in autumn, it was cold on the top and hot on the bottom, and this experience was still very good. We came down from Changbai Mountain and took a bath to relieve fatigue!

From the moment I made the reservation, Gem Hotel's customized butler service was activated in advance. They took the initiative to contact me and carefully asked if I needed pick-up service from the high-speed rail station. This precautionary care made my heart warm even before I arrived.
After arriving at the hotel, the enthusiasm of the front desk staff was even more impressive. Not only were they smiling, but they also carefully observed that I was bringing my child with me, and then thoughtfully upgraded me to a parent-child room for free. The room is large and the layout is reasonable. Every detail has taken into account the needs of family travel. The spacious space allows our little baby to run freely and enjoy happy time. This arrangement undoubtedly added countless warmth and convenience to our trip.
The ending of the entire trip was equally unforgettable. The driver, Master Zhang, not only delivered us to the high-speed rail station on time, but also provided enthusiastic and courteous service along the way, making us feel the warmth of home on the way home. Such a service team is undoubtedly the most valuable asset of Gem Hotel and the key to allowing every guest to leave beautiful memories.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the room has a bit of moldy smell. The sanitary conditions are average. The hot spring tickets were given, but we did not use them.
