"This is a great hotel, and most importantly, it's right across from the airport, perfect for a layover. We happened to arrive during the rain, and the hotel was very accommodating, arranging both airport pick-up and drop-off. If you were to walk, it's not far at all, about ten minutes. However, if you have a lot of luggage, walking might be a bit inconvenient. The hotel's hygiene is good, and the breakfast is also quite nice (the Yuncheng Braised Chicken was delicious). If you have an early flight, you can eat ten minutes earlier and still make it on time. Note: Due to the rain, I didn't get any photos showing the hotel's proximity to the airport."

"五一小長假選擇了來運城體驗悠久的歷史和文化，很幸運的預訂到了希爾頓歡朋酒店，對於酒店整體很滿意，但是也要有幾個槽點來和大家分享，希望能幫到更多的來運城的遊客，也希望酒店能越來越好！ 先説優點： 1、酒店位置應該在新區，周圍環境乾淨整潔，比較安靜，交通便利，距離機場打車20分鐘，附近也有很多公交站可以選擇前往市中心各個地點； 2、酒店內部裝修和房間內明亮雅緻，基礎設施一應俱全，酒店大堂還有點心和飲料，並且提供書籍和下午茶點，很貼心； 3、最值得讚揚的是精緻多樣的自助早餐，不僅中西式餐食都有，而且每天不斷換新，味道還好吃，大廚現場製作運城特色美食，比如雞湯餛飩、各類麪條、饃夾肉等，每天早上都吃的特別開心滿足； 4、工作人員都很熱情親切，從前台到保潔到餐廳廚師，每一次遇到都會主動打招呼並且提供服務，幫助解決問題。 再來吐槽一下： 1、酒店的電梯速度有些慢，而且不顯示在幾樓，遇到着急的時候等待真的很讓人焦慮； 2、房間內空調風速太小製冷效果慢，風速太大噪音就很大； 3、房間內牆壁上請注意及時養護，看到好多污漬，雖然無傷大雅但是看到了就不太舒服； 4、保潔打掃衹是打掃，雖然這5天4晚都是我自己在住，但是我更希望看到的是消毒而不是表面清潔，雖然這對保潔來説壓力比較大，但是對客人來説更安心； 5、最要命的槽點！衞生間和浴室的門有磁吸，無法靜音關閉，不論是隨手一關還是輕輕貼上都會發齣劇烈的聲響！尤其是晚上入睡的時候，像我這樣睡眠質量不好的人真慶幸自己帶了耳塞，這個槽點強烈建議改善！ 雖然有吐槽但是這幾天的旅程很開心，希望酒店能更優化改進，希望運城旅遊更紅火興隆！"
