"Very good 👍 Very cost-effective. The open-air room is quite large, and it also provides general toothbrushes, soaps, etc. (I didn't use them, it was said that supplies were scarce). The hotel is in a good location, a few minutes away from the center, on the famous street, you can take a walk in the evening to experience the life of local residents (as shown in the photo). The hotel breakfast is particularly good, it is a set meal, the quality, taste and variety are very good, it is a surprise."
"The sea view room has a nice view, but the bar downstairs is a bit noisy on weekends. The service and room hygiene are OK, but there are flies everywhere in the restaurant. They are used to having dinner with flies. There are fewer flies at breakfast, probably because they haven't woken up yet."
"The hotel is particularly good. The shocking joy of the morning. The coffee is great. The trip to Cuba is great. In Cuba, you can still eat such a sweet and delicious coffee. It is great. Satisfied. Continue to stay tomorrow."
"The hotel is in a good location, easy walking distance to all the sights and it’s very close to the iconic Hotel National de Cuba, which is a must see! The staff are amazing, especially the front of house/reception, the pool staff on the roof deck, and the ground floor bar staff who were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good variety of local and continental options, buffet style with a range of drinks/juices. I used the gym and the pool, was a good experience. Taxi from the airport to hotel and return to the airport cost me £10 sterling each way, but of course the taxi guys do try to charge double that, so negotiate amicably and pay a fair price! I had a slightly scary experience on my final night at the hotel, when a strange man entered my room at 11.30pm! I had to chase him him and report him to reception downstairs. I was told he was the maintenance guy who accidentally went into my room. I was not given an apology by the manager nor offered any resolution, as I wasn’t able to sleep that night due to anxiety etc. Imagine if I had been a less able man, or even a female, I dread to think what could have and would have happened! The matter was reported to Trip.com who apologised but it should have been the hotel manager who spoke with me, and I felt disrespected that they still to date have not bothered to contact me! Overall, the hotel is nice, but it was just my end incident on the final night that messed up my experience."
"The facilities are old, but the hotel is in a good location, it is very convenient to visit the old city, and it is very historical. After all, it is the place where Hemingway has lived. The breakfast is very general."
"The hotel is located in the central area of the old city. The appearance of the lobby and the breakfast service are all of a five-star standard. The rooms are large and spacious, and the guest house level. I really can't ask for too much. The fried lobster on the top floor is very fresh, and the night view is super beautiful. It is recommended to pay in pesos, as using US dollars is too confusing."
"The price is very affordable, so don't have too high requirements for the conditions of the room. The staff is very warm and the breakfast is not bad. The only regret is that there are mosquitoes and other small bugs in the room, and a few bags were bitten on the body."
"As a hotel in Cuba, it is barely strong. The supplies are extremely lacking. A bottle of mineral water in the room has to be charged for2.3 dollars. The coffee for breakfast is almost tasteless. It is like drinking water. The room does not have paper towels. Considering the economic situation of Cuba, it will be considered."
