This hotel has been completely refurbished to offer a better accommodation experience. The hotel has all of the seductive charm of Havana that you can’t miss out on. Its unmistakably Spanish colonial style is one of the draws of this magnificent hotel. The hotel has well-equipped rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, a fitness room, SPA Sensations with a Jacuzzi, live Cuban music, meeting rooms, 3 restaurants and 5 bars…plus the best ambience of the best hotel in Havana. This country with lots of history awaits, and it offers you a unique holiday!
"The Iberostar Selection Parque Central exceeded my expectations in every way. Its central location, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch service make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Havana. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the heart of Cuba."
Location
The NH Capri La Habana is in Vedado in downtown Havana. The area is close to well-known nightclubs, La Rampa art and craft market and the famous Malecón – plus it’s a short taxi ride to some of the city’s top sights. Their refurbishment finished in May 2014.
Rooms
The hotel is giving guests 220 sparkly new rooms to stay in. You can choose from Standard, Superior, Duplex and Suites – and they come with either city or sea views.
Restaurant
The hotel has a trio of restaurants as well as 3 bars – 2 of which come with a fantastic city view. And if you like the sight of Havana spreading out before you, you’ll love the rooftop swimming pool.
Amenities
The hotel offers a massage service, a barber shop, a laundry service, medical assistance and a car rental service.
"The location is good. It takes a few steps to reach the magnificent Havana Hotel. The hotel lobby is open from north to south. Tourists can walk through it and see the sea. Along the sea is the Seaside Boulevard.
The hotel chef can make freshly fried eggs for breakfast, which is a good point.
However, I am more concerned about the lack of electric kettles in the room.
There is a restaurant opposite the hotel, which seems to be called 21. The dishes are good and the price is not expensive.
In general, I do not recommend traveling to Cuba. The biggest problem is the serious air pollution caused by car exhaust. The old cars that can be seen everywhere have seriously exceeded the emission standards. Walking on the seaside boulevard, there is a smell of exhaust gas, and the sea breeze cannot blow it away. I dare not open the window of the hotel room in the morning. Once I open it, there is a smell of car exhaust, even though I already live on the 7th floor."
