"The location is very good, There is a big supermarket across the street that is open until 10pm And within the city, it's very convenient to walk everywhere! facilities: 1, the toilet is a bit old, the water in the bathtub will be blocked... the shower head is also leaking will spray 🥹 but the value for money is already very praise 2. There is no refrigerator in the room 3, the bed is quite comfortable, the sheets are also very clean 4, sound insulation is also okay breakfast: Although not cheap, the breakfast is worth having, very tasty ^^ service: The cleaning attendant could be a little more attentive... We were knocked on the room for the first time at nine o'clock to clean, and told them that we would check out after eleven o'clock... As a result, after half an hour, it was even more ridiculous, and we entered without knocking...🥲🥲 Overall, quite good~"

"Berlin Court, was, of course, for me as a Berliner, almost mandatory programme. But it was really all right. Particularly emphasise the friendliness and helpfulness of staff at the reception and breakfast. Very cool to experience such a good service. Otherwise, everything's okay. "The hotel has a good location, but other than that, I am not satisfied. The internet was down for two days. The shower water in the room was hot and cold, and the air conditioning was not very good. For some reason, there was a bad smell in the bathroom when I took a shower, and the smell was still there even after I opened the window for ventilation for a long time."

"A nice hotel near Bahnhof of Karlsruhe, the rooms are nice and clean, you have everything you need in your room, complimentary water waits in the room. You have a kettle to make coffee and tea. The bathroom was clean as well, the shower was spacious. The bed was clean including pillows and mattress. Pillow and blanket were thick and cozy to sleep on. Near the hotel you have parking free of charge after 8 p.m until 8 a.m from Monday to Friday. Free of charge the whole day on the weekends. You have inside the Bahnhof building bakeries, subway and McDonald. And a very nice vegan spot for porridge that is made fresh for you, the price is better than the bakery which was very overpriced. A tram station is very close ( when you come out of the hotel on your right as well as the bahnhof) , you can reach any further destination you need."

GGuest UserThe location is very good, as it is not in the city but also not too far from it. The cinema is not far away either. The breakfast is sufficient and there is something for everyone. The room is nice and well equipped, but unfortunately there is no closet where you can store your suitcase. But that's not really a problem, there is a wardrobe or something similar with coat hangers. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer, hygiene bags, tissues and shampoo with shower gel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are enough parking spaces next to the hotel and nearby.

Taxis from train station is only ECU 8- , some driver may not like to go for such short distance and teach/ ask you to take the tram. A beautiful peaceful small town to relax.

SSUSAN TOMIf we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service. The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had. Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room. The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that. The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.

GGuest UserFree parking. Room is clean and just nice. There's a small kitchen but without any cooking tools so unless you're bringing cooking tools, you can't cook. It is out of nowhere and it looks like a conversion of office building to hotel rooms. I have no issue with it and it worked out for me.

GGuest UserLocation is Uber central. It is infact quite excellently situated. Staff are superb. Very friendly and helpful indeed. The price was very good, and based on that - the value is about as good as it gets in Germany. Room contained a desk, chair, TV, longer chair, bed side lamp, reading lamp, multiple outlets, 2x towel, 1x bath mat and complimentary shampoo soap at the sink and shower. There were multiple radiators at your disposal and tissue paper and bathroom paper. The single room was a good sized with a large window. Everything was clean. There was a place to store bicycles or indeed borrow those offered. Breakfast was available though I didn't try. There is also an elevator. Again...for the price paid it is deserving of 5/5.

张张The environment in the hotel is very good and very quiet. The area of the room is quite large, and the two big men dragging 5 boxes to check in is not too crowded. The toilet is very clean. The front desk is very serious, after check-in will be very detailed introduction to the network, the matters needing attention around the hotel and so on. The hotel is about 5 minutes' walk from hbf, so the traffic is very convenient. The only problem comes from the surrounding environment of the hotel. The hbf neighborhood is notoriously messy. Be careful of thieves and those who fly the leaves when you go out, especially during the epidemic. But the hotel is very quiet and safe.
