Find the Cheap Marburg Hotels

The hotel facilities are very good, the breakfast is generous, the stay is very comfortable, the rooms are clean, spacious and bright

The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to the city center, it is enough to walk anywhere. Breakfast is also good, the variety of choices is very rich. It is expensive.

I recently stayed in a single room here. I knew from the website description it was an older room and would not be fancy, but I just needed a decent place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised how nice this older hotel was. My room was spotlessly clean, the price was fair, and breakfast was really good. Service was always friendly and they have nice extra touches throughout like a bedtime story laid on the desk. It's also in a great location. I have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely stay here again!

The Tusculum has a very nice and familiar owner, who stands by with advice and act. The rooms are clean and funny furnished, I was a guest at Charlie Chaplin. The location is super, a few steps to the lan, 10 minutes to the top city, shopping facilities are also walking. Restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. I booked the room with common toilet and shower, a good choice and a fair price-performance ratio. To the next time!

Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Unterstadt. Rundherum Geschäfte, überwiegend Ketten. .Wer mit dem Auto anreist hat das Parkhaus direkt dabei. Preis für heutige Verhältnisse moderat. Vom Bahnhof fahren Busse direkt vors Haus. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe dort. Die Zimmer befinden sich im 4. Stock in endlos langen Gängen und sind über einen Zahlencode erreichbar. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, das war okay, Bad sehr schön und sauber, Seife und Fön vorhanden. Teppichboden in so einem neuen Haus ist nicht so meins. Das Zimmer hatte recht kleine Fenster, die Matratze war mir persönlich viel zu fest. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden..Da hatten Andere aus meiner Gruppe deutlich mehr Glück mit dem Zimmer. Aber generell kann ich das Hotel empfehlen, für einen Städtetrip perfekt. Das Frühstück war für 10,50€ prima, ein 2. Kaffeeautomat wäre nicht schlecht wenn das Hotel gut besucht ist, um Schlangenbildung zu vermeiden. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich. Marburg hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt, Kneipen und Restaurants ohne Ende, allerdings sind überall große Höhenunterschiede zu überwinden. Überall lange Treppen und Kopfsteinpflaster. Ca. 400 Meter vom Hotel entfernt gibt es einen Aufzug in die Oberstadt. Das ist praktisch. Dort gibt es auch viele kleine Geschäfte in den Gassen. Wer hoch zum Schloß möchte muss entweder viele Treppen überwinden oder kann mit einem kleinen Citybus (Nr.10) hochfahren. Dort hat man einen herrlichen Blick. Das Innere des Schlosses finde ich nicht so sehenswert.

I can‘t praise the place high enough! The staff remembered me from a year ago and made me feel utmost welcome. The manager accommodated my request for the same room (26) in which I again slept like a baby! During the year a lot of updates had been made and the once humble abode turned into modern accommodations. As a solo traveler I appreciate the friendliness at breakfast and dinner. The atmosphere in the restaurant is wonderful and the food is superb. High quality at a reasonable price!
