Find the Cheap Sierksdorf Hotels

Das Bayside Hotel in Scharbeutz hat eine top Lage direkt am Strand. Das war allerdings schon alles, was an diesem Hotel TOP ist. Wir hatten 2 Suiten gemietet, für insgesamt mehr als 1000 Euro pro Nacht. Leider waren die Zimmer schon bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. In einer der Suiten war die Toilette dreckig!! Die Reinigung der Zimmer ließ auch während unserer Anwesenheit, sehr zu wünschen übrig. Man hatte immer das Gefühl, in ein nicht sauberes Zimmer zu kommen. Das Hotel ist 10 Jahre alt und die Zimmer sind inzwischen abgewohnt. Bei uns hatte das Waschbecken einen Sprung und um den Abfluss herum war ein ekliger gelber Rand, außerdem floss die Dusche nicht richtig ab. Eines Morgens wollte ich mir einen Kaffee aus dem Frühstücksbereich mit auf das Zimmer nehmen. Ich wurde allerdings von einer sehr unfreundlichen Dame vom Personal angehalten, die mich in einem unverschämten Ton fragte, wo ich mit dem Kaffee hinwollte.. Ich dürfe diesen nicht mit auf mein Zimmer nehmen..!!! Das ist nun wirklich ohne Worte, für mehr als 500 Euro pro Nacht, pro Zimmer darf ich noch nicht mal einen Kaffee mitnehmen???? Über all das beschwerte ich mich bereits während unseres Aufenthaltes, man nahm es zur Kenntnis, es kam keine Entschuldigung gar nichts.. Bei unserer Abreise habe ich die Kritikpunkte nochmals angemerkt und gefragt, in welcher Form sich das Hotelmanagement dafür entschuldigen möchte.. Das Management wollte sich in keiner Form entschuldigen. Wir haben das zur Kenntnis genommen und werden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen und auch jedem davon abraten es zu buchen. Das Management sollte sich in jedem Fall ein Beispiel an amerikanisch geführten Hotels der Oberklasse nehmen. Dort wird Kritik von Gästen noch ernst genommen, die Zimmer sind mehr als sauber und überall steht Kaffee, den man sich tatsächlich mit in sein Zimmer nehmen kann.

There were few washable latches, but they were constantly out - concept with all inclusive only for children and not for adults we found irritating. Children can lunch, adults sit next to and eat the rest. Why don't take a little more money per night and everybody gets a snack? Just with water for dinner: children get water carife (water us the line) and adults should pay the same water that is available for free until 17:00? ! That is irritating at EUR 300 per night. In many hotels at this level, however, it is also standard in other countries. Please change this, here you can easily point - on the outdoor area only a minimum number of games. Here is saved at the wrong end: Why not put any more sand toys simply in the sandboxes? Although you could get to the reception, it's nervous to always walk. Pukys partly with deficiencies - Reduce constant extra costs - sunscreen for beach, sauna clothes etc. We understand the concept of sustainability, but at EUR 300 night it is badly functioning, constantly paying more amounts. and if you ask for the money, then justify why doing so (e.g. refer to sustainability or sauna clothes etc.) - buy bicycle trailers for children who can't sit yet All in all a very nice one Stay, you note that the hotel is still in the children's shoes and can be even more adapted to the customer's needs. Kitchen really excellent and very exceptional, just because we would go back - and we're happy if you work on e.g. points

This is just not the price performance matched! The hotel rests on the location and thermal location. We were in the room with a total old school. The carpet was blinded, the carpet was full of tomato soup from the previous one. The rooms are really needing to be renovated. In the breakfast service there is no structure, as well as in the coffee shop. Long waiting times. There was a need to be improved. The cook at breakfast was filled, the melon shell was taken from the buffet, this was half full - he wanted to fill. After the motto in the shell was still place, there were just other empty shells packed for transport to the kitchen ... This is absolutely not possible for a 5-star house. Furthermore, sauce, rooster and bacon are cold, this is absolutely not warm. On the weekend the hotel director helped me, I'm asking at least that he was. This help led from our view rather to chaos. The whole service team works very relaxed at the time, it did nothing more ... Conclude: There was a lot of money paid and a bad service. Unfortunately, it was absolutely not worth the money ...

Excellent location directly onto the very long stretch of beach and sea. Very professional staff at check in. Multilingual. Variety of bars and restaurants in the hotel. Sea facing bedrooms are excellent. Standard of rooms is very good. Plenty of restaurants also walking distance
