It has been the second time I have booked this hotel through Trip.com and check-in takes ages. My observation what took so long were following: -Finding my booking in the system, though I have a booking code for both the hotel and Trip.com - Registering your ID/Personal info, where 90% is already provided through the booking procedures on Trip.com - Registering partner guest, asking for their ID, Name, address, etc... In other Hotels/ Guesthouses)Hostels) the ID and Info of thr booking / paying guest is sufficiant - Re-filling your info manually in a hotel policy agreement sheet (3rd time asking for one's information in the process Booking, Check-in Arrival, Hotel Policy rules Agreement) - Getting ask the question if we have booked with or without breakfast. It's written in the booking and cinfirmation note. Any immigration boarder crossing at airports and land entry even during Covid time is faster Please optimize this process for a better guest experience and all is excellent!"
